Hauz 'O Hoagies — Restaurant in South Londonderry Township

Hands down Best Hoagie I have had in this area of Pennsylvania. I grew up in Philly eating Hoagies and this is probably one of the Best Hoagies I have ever had. Inside is super homey, has that warm feeling, very clean, even the bathrooms. Don’t hesitate, just GO!

I am going to make a comment about the pendejo that just left one star even though he said it was one of the best in the area. In the U.S. ARMY we say: Your “That Guy”. Michael Sakelarides is that guy!

1. Why do you think the OWNER is making your sandwich? Because she’s that good! Because she’s not going to let some 17-year-old punk make a terrible sandwich, spit in your food, and then hand it to you. It’s because the Owner cares.
2. Why do you think there is only two people working there? Because they are that good!
3. Why do you think they are only open 4 Hours a day? Because they make enough money in 4hrs, they don’t have to stay open for eight. Because they are that good!
4. Why do you think you waited a “long time”? Because most orders placed at this shop, are done over the phone, it’s called: call ahead of time. There wasn’t just one person in front of Michael S., there was a lot. To say I waited a “long time” is irrelevant. What’s long to you isn’t long to someone else. I have waited “almost 30-minutes” at a fast-food restaurant. I thought it was supposed to be “Fast”? The review by this grown but childish man is just that. Crying about waiting for his sandwich, that’s what children do. One thing went wrong, one thing that he didn’t like and now this hoagie shop gets one star. The Star rating is obviously incorrect. At the beginning I said: Michael Sakelarides is that guy! DOES EVERYONE UNDERSTAND?

If you want trash, processed food, if you want to feed your body garbage, then go get fast food. Hence the word “Fast”. But, if you want fresh rolls trucked in daily from Philadelphia, PA, if you want Premium Dietz & Watson Deli Meats, Cheeses, etc. If you want the best of the best, then you come...

Elliot Ness 👮 and I were cruisin' on our skoots 🛵 Friday when we entered the notorious gangland haven of Campbelltown. We came upon this unpretentious joint called "Hauz 'O Hoagies" (query or statement🤔) and since it was a lil after Noon O'Clock 🕛, maybe closer to Twenty past Famished 🕧, I decided to give the place a try. I walked in and was immediately greeted by this friendly female 😀 who put you in mind of Bonnie Parker (minus the B.A.R.). The place was small, intimate and very clean, and since I was a culinary virgin 😱 she took my hand (gadzooks, no handcuffs 🙌) and walked me thru the menu. Full of interesting choices and familiar names (pleading the 5th). I gave her my selection and sat in the corner (away from windows and doors) and waited. There were pics of gangland's most notorious on the walls. But the wait wasn't long, with the speed and efficiency of a "Chicago Typewriter" my meal was ready. I got the #4 from the FBI's wanted list, "The Hook" named after Harry Aleman. Turkey 🦃, bacon 🥓 and American cheese 🇺🇸 on a soft roll (man she's got nice buns 😜). It was great 👍. All the while there was a steady flow of pick-ups, walk-ins and phone calls ☎️. My hostess/waitress (Beth😳) was friendly, efficient and funny 😂. Fortunately the only "heat" 😈 I encountered was from the peppers 🌶️. All in all it was an unexpected pleasant experience👍. Stop in and say "Hi" 👋 to Mr. Capone and enjoy a great hoagie... I’m sure I left a review here before but it’s worth leaving one again.

So, as a local business service ourselves, we understand mistakes happen. At least once a month I treat my team to the wonderful food that they make here! About three weeks ago we called in an order, picked it up and took it back to the shop for a meeting and realized that half of the order was wrong. I called just to let them know, but not to complain to help the process more than anything.

They wrote down what the order was an offered to run new subs to our location instead of us, picking him up, which was not necessary at all..

I just stopped to pick up a few subs today and they had a note that we did not have to pay for our next order and I didn’t even ask for that.

Not only is the food here. Amazing. You cannot ask for better customer service than that!
