I was in on 9/21. I went out for a movie and needed a place to eat. My first choice the parking lot was full and couldn't find a spot. I have been to this place before, but not since it was taken over by Snitz. I have been to the Lebanon location and always been treated very well, great food, beer and great atmosphere. I always thought this location was a nice inside when the previous owners had it. I like the building itself. The food, now that's a different story for a different day. I was curious what Snitz did... Turns out its was like they just slapped there name on the building. I very well could be wrong, but it was like nothing really changed. Anyways upon entering a extremely loud band was playing music up front, like extremely loud. I figured its okay I will ask for a table in the back as I didn't want to get back in the car and goes elsewhere. I am not to familiar with the area. I was hungry okay. I literally had to get into the hostess face to hear her and even that was a struggle. I asked her for a table in the back. She precedes to clean a table off right behind her... Yeah she listened huh... I yelled at her again cause it was so loud but she could barely hear me. I told her I couldn't sit up here by this music. It was that loud. It was the loudest music I have heard in my life!!!!! We precede to sit in the back and you couldn't even tell the waitress what you wanted to eat. I guess there is always pointing. I felt bad for the little girl behind the table she literally had her fingers in her ear. I couldn't even have a conversation with the person across the table from me. I guess I was suppos e to be on my phone, isn't that what we do as a society now anyways? I asked for the manager.... Here comes some 20 something guy bopping over to the table. I asked him that music had to be that loud. He said its a small place but he would ask them to turn it down. I explained to him that was more of a reason NOT to have it that loud. It was never turned down in the least. I explained to him I couldn't even have a conversation with the person across the table. My food came... It was cold. It cost a $7.00 upcharge for my chicken on top of my mac and cheese. If I knew they were gonna put like 3 little pieces of chicken on top. I wouldn't have ordered it. They clearly have cut a breast in half and are using it for two meals. I'm sure they get them at a discounted rate from a supplier. It wasn't worth it. The "manager" precedes to come over and give me a coupon for a free app or a pizza that I could use on some night they didn't have music. What a interesting choice of words huh. I didn't even see on there website when I was looking at there menu prior to going into the place that they had music... The coupon expires in literally a month which ended up in my trash can...
Read moreI ordered to go at snitz creek, 2 orders of wings and a pizza .They told me 25-30 minutes, i went to the restaurant 30 mins later. I waited about 5 mins till a host came up to me and explained they were busy & that she would run back as soon as she could to grab the wings. About 5 minutes later she grabbed the wings and brought them to the front counter, she then explained that a server will be right with me to check me out. I was then standing there for 10-15 mins before a server came up to me. I proceeded to pay for my order & was about to leave. I looked in the bag and noticed i only had the wings. I then said something to the host & server they both seemed frantic, and explained that the pizzas were backed up. I then explained it was no big deal just remove it from the check & i would leave. The server then came back and told me that i didnt get charged for the pizza, i asked to see the receipt & she had to go back to her manager to look at her past check. She came back and said i was charged for the pizza and proceeded to tell me she was going to talk with her manager again. I was probably waiting a total of 30 mins at this point & my wings we're just sitting out this whole time. I explained that i did not want to pay $40 for wings that were cold & i wanted a refund. She then said i was to speak with the manager. Waited another 3 mins the manager came out, he did not address the situation of the cold wings, or the pizza. Just handed me my pizza and wings and said here you go. I then said to the manager that i didnt want to spend $40 on cold wings. Instead of refunding me the check he decided to go heat up my wings. Nor did he seem apologetic, just very irritated. In my opinion VERY unprofessional. Honestly this experience alone makes me not want to come back, it seemed very disorganized and no one knew what was going on. This all could have been avoided if they just...

We've been back to this location multiple times since open and it suffers from kne flaw: STAFFING. We are always left waiting and wanting, and have walked out without food on more than one occasion. Tonight we went for happy hour. The plan was to get two drinks and some pizza, but due to management only staffing one bartender for an entire bar, we barely got service at all in over an hour at the rail. One drink, and we had to literally flag him down for a food order. He only acknowledged our empty glasses after 30+ minutes and our food already being consumed. The food is so good but it's always more frustration than it's worth when we go there.
We sit at the bar so we don't hold up a table in the event we want to order another drink, but when there is only only ONE bartender for a packed restaurant, and they move with no sense of urgency, we don't get the service that one would expect when dining out.
Just opened as the newest snitz creek location. The food was good and server was very nice.
The korean chicken sandwich was great, but the fries were a bit over salted.
The mac and cheese was terrific, not to runny or thick, with perfect cheesy flavors.
The pizza may have spent a bit too long in the oven as the bottom was a bit black, so my wife couldn't get over the charred taste. My son and I both enjoyed it, but agreed thay the black bits were a bit much.
Good first day overall, and solid beers as...
