Arby's — Restaurant in South Middleton Township

I'd give less than one star if possible. Came through drive thru earlier. Ordered a family pack. Food was fresh but the employee, possibly the manager (Paul) never once said thank you. Just handed our food out and closed the window. He was filling drinks and I was thinking those drinks were for us. So I sat there for a bit as he glanced out to me but never onced open the window to see what I may have needed. My wife then reminded me the family pack doesnt come with drinks. So I pulled away. WOW that Diablo roast beef sandwich is ridiculous!!!! It was outstandingly tasty but damn was it hot! The sauce they got on here is packed with flavor and a bit of heat, enough where you finish the meal but are sweating like you are at an arraignment hearing. Well done Arby's. Just tried to use the drive thru at this Arby's near my home. Told the worker 3 times that I could not hear what he was saying thru the speaker but I could hear a sarcastic tone in response that was illegible. I gave up, left, and as I departed past the drive in window, a large man with very colorful beads in his hair, stuck his head out the Arby's drive thru window and yelled in a very threatening tone, "can you hear me now?".
