I go to this McDonald's often bc of the inside playground. The last few times that i have gone, i have been very disappointed with just about everything. When i arrived yesterday, around 2, the manager was making fun of a customer for asking for warmer fries bc he explained that they were to cold for his child this is not the first time i have seen management act this way and it is very unprofessionally. The last few times i have gone in, I have seen the same faces, but these same faces act like they do not know how to do their job they are confused when asked a question they act as if they dont work there and havent for at least a few week i understand McDonald's is a revolving door it always has been, but when you see the same face for weeks and they have not had proper training. Kinda have to question if management is doing their job. the bathrooms, the last 2 times that I have gone in there. There has not been any toilet paper in the bathrooms. The last time I went in there, the last 2 stalls had absolutely none in the third, maybe half of all and poop smeared all over the toilet seat. The bathroom was covered and toilet paper all over the floor. Bathrooms should be checked at least every 2 hours. At least. Fries why are they always cold and hard? I will tell you why bc no one is ever at the fry station you guys put multiple baskets down of fries so that you have a pile of fries in the heater and then just let them sit there until ready to use fries are easy and should always be fresh you have enough people working that if you are managing right you should be able to have one person to do fries. And lastly, the soda station front counter should always be checking the soda station and wiping it down every single time. I come in there. The soda station is absolutely disgusting. Soda everywhere, water everywhere. Soda all over the lids that are supposed to be clean. It disgusts me. How disgusting your store is and I've been there days. When management, higher up management comes in and you have 50 people working and your store looks immaculate, so you're faking it for the higher-ups, and then when they're gone, your store looks absolutely disgusting. From my experience of being a manager, I would be embarrassed to have a store. Looking the way you...
Read moreThis is the biggest mixed bag I've ever encountered at a McDonald's, and admittedly, I'm going to take it as a sign to stop going to McDonald's in general. I didn't wanna post a review because I get it, I worked at McDonald's, the job isn't exactly fun or nice, it's hard. However, the last few times I've gone it's slowly gotten worse and worse to the point where I'm just gonna look elsewhere for my coffee before work.
There are two people that come to mind that are the main reason I kept returning, and I feel terrible because I can't remember their names, but there is a nice woman who would bring out the curbside orders and a nice woman who I'd always see in window one of the drive thru on weekday mornings. They were so nice and I genuinely am going to miss chatting with them in the mornings because they were lovely.
However, between my order randomly getting lost, to my order being wrong, to lukewarm-cold food in my bag, ordering three-four drinks and not getting a carrier, to then my order being straight up canceled and I wasn't told about it. That's really the final thing that bugs me. I was in curbside, ordered, and had to take a phone call so I wasn't in too much of a hurry. However, while on the phone I had to check my email and THAT'S how I learned my order was cancelled. No text, no call, no one coming out to say, hey sorry we can't make your order. So I sat there for 12 minutes thinking my order was being made, to then learn I wasted my 20 minutes before work time slot to get breakfast.
I genuinely wish the staff well, and Im sorry for the bad review, but I'm just tired of getting bad food to no food and paying, quite frankly, too much for it to be in such...
Read moreI recently visited your establishment primarily for the playhouse, which my family enjoys. However, I felt compelled to share my experience regarding the service and food during our recent visit.
Upon ordering two happy meals and two main menu items for dine-in through the kiosk, we received number 34. After a 20-minute wait in the playhouse dining area, confusion arose when an employee called out number 38 instead. Despite our insistence that our number was 34, it took verifying at the counter to confirm the discrepancy.
The lukewarm state of our food, likely due to the extended wait, and the mix-up with our drink order were further disappointments. What puzzled me most was witnessing another family, arriving after us, have their food promptly delivered to their table in the playhouse. This inconsistency in service left me perplexed and frustrated.
While I understand the challenges of handling a high volume of customers, the discrepancies in our experience point towards issues with leadership consistency and accountability. I appreciate the hard work of your team but believe there is room for improvement in ensuring a smoother and more reliable dining experience.
I offer this feedback as my personal perspective and hope it serves as constructive input for the betterment of your restaurant. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and I trust that steps will be taken to enhance the overall...
