We have just gotten to Trenton and needed a moment after the drive through the mountains. We drove in the rain and fog and it was a new experience. This place was at the entrance of town. The HOPE name caught our attention and we stopped. We were greeted before we made it through the door and the young lady smiled the whole time. Overwhelmed by the character and beauty of the place, I immediately started taking pictures. Read moreWe were vacationing in North Georgia and stopped in for a late lunch on Thursday, Sept 11, 2025. My wife had the roast beef sandwich with pasta salad and I had the club sandwich and chips. Both came out quick and were very good. Rachael did an excellent job serving us we even had the opportunity to pray with her and with Hali. What amazing stories they shared of life’s struggles and God’s amazing grace. Such courage in choosing life in Christ over the things of this world. While the menu isn’t huge like other restaurants the food is TOP NOTCH! We ate here 2 mornings during our trip and find ourselves craving the breakfast burrito and sausage still after a week of being gone!
