I have no idea what’s happened to this establishment. When it first opened it ran like a finely tuned machine & the ppl working there & managing the place held the place together. Since changing hands several times and having staff changeovers so often, it has went downhill. We started waiting longer periods of time to be served and to get our food. We saw belligerent, grown adults, disturbing the peace with disgusting language to which a sign had to be posted giving a warning to not use fowl language in a family setting. We saw friends have to leave the establishment as a place of employment over and over again. So we were there for the first time in a long time, this week, and both ordered wings. It was Monday and u got five free wings when u purchased 10. When I tell u the wings were the size of my actual pinkie finger, I honestly mean it. I wouldn’t say that unless being able to post pictures to show what I mean. They were the length of a pack of artificial sweetener. I was shocked and had no idea how any waiter/waitress would ever consider this worth the price they ask for them. I would’ve been ashamed! Times r tough for everyone. Restaurants r paying more for their food so the cost goes to the customer. I’m fine with that IF the food is quality and the service is good. So when ppl decide to spend their money, it would be nice not to walk away feeling as if u had been completely robbed. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. We understand now what others had been telling us about the decline in food quality. They’ve obviously started purchasing from a different supplier because the wings we were served are significantly smaller than what we used to gladly order and pay for weekly....
Read moreWell if I could give 0 stars I would because this place is not worth one.slow service is a under statement .what this place calls chicken tenders is the size of chicken nuggets .on top of that my chicken tender plate came with 3 onion rings .you get more onion rings from a small order at sonic .i should have took a picture of my plate to see how little my tenders where.My wife got bbq plate but they forgot to bring the slaw and my child's order wasn't brought out till we was ready to leave.Never again .Being a new resturant with food and service this bad I don't see how they will stay open.The only business they will ever have is the customers that will not drive to chattanooga for good food and service because they don't like traffic or feel it's to far away.I rate a lot of places and I know service can be different depending on your waitress but the food usually doesn't change that much so if your money doesn't mean anything to you and don't care what your paying for or weather your food is good or not this is the place for you ..........I would like to say to the owner thank you for the free meal offer I appreciate it but you don't owe me anything .the time frame of our visit was around 1: 00 during the middle of the week .There was not a lot of people there so you would assume service would be a lot better .Being new and talking about a learn curve well you need to come out of the gate running or your not going to make it. I suggest you may want to get survey cards that will tell you how your customers really feel.good luck I hope things do...
Read moreI would leave no star but I am not able. I have eaten at this establishment ever since it has opened. Sometimes the food is ok and sometimes it’s horrible. My husband received terrible food today and complained to staff. Nothing was done to make up for his burnt food. If either of the other managers were there things would have been taken care of. Later, he was approached by policemen that said the manager Hillary had asked him to leave. The policemen told him that he was not in trouble and that he could come back tomorrow, but leave today. I called to speak with Hillary to find out exactly what happened and she said she wasn’t supposed to talk about it. I proceeded to tell her that if it was because my husband was talking loud, that he has a hearing deficit from working around equipment for 20+ years and always talks loud. I would love to talk to the owners to tell them exactly what kind of manager they have. I hear that she has ran off plenty of staff, because we have friends that work there (and some that used to work there). I also hear that plenty of patrons have said they will not be back because of her. I hope they can get someone who has better customer service to run...
