But then Masala Pizza walked into my life, and suddenly, I was staring at an almost-empty box, questioning my self-control and re-evaluating my priorities. Just take a look at the picture. First off, shoutout to Lightridge Rocketry for putting me on to this soon-to-be legendary spot. They told me about it, and I thought, Okay, sounds good, but no one prepared me for the absolute flavor explosion I was about to experience.

As a vegetarian, I’ve had my fair share of weak, uninspired veggie options. You know the ones—some sad peppers, a couple of onions, and a whole lot of disappointment. But Masala Pizza? Oh, they UNDERSTOOD the assignment. Their vegetarian options are beautiful, diverse, and straight-up revolutionary. I’m talking paneer, spiced veggies, and flavors so bold they could run for president.

And yes, I technically planned on saving some slices for later, but let’s be real—this pizza never stood a chance. I blinked, and the box was almost empty. It was that good. I’d like to apologize to my future self for not having leftovers, but honestly? Zero regrets.

Disappointed Beyond Words I was really looking forward to trying Masala Bitezz, especially since it was their Day 1 of sales and they had been heavily promoting their launch with exciting offers like "Buy 1 Get 1 Free." Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of a disaster.

First, their phone line was continuously engaged for over an hour starting at 5 PM. Despite this, I decided to visit in person, wanting to support a new local business. When I arrived, I was shocked to see how poorly they were handling the orders. There were 10-15 people queued up at the register, but the person taking orders continuously prioritized phone orders over the customers standing right in front of them.

What’s worse is that the queue didn’t move even by a single person in 30 minutes. It was disorganized, chaotic, and clear they hadn’t planned for the volume of orders their promotional efforts would attract. After waiting for half an hour without any progress, we were forced to leave without ordering.

It’s deeply disappointing that they hyped up their launch so much without adequately preparing for the demand. If you’re going to promote your business heavily, the least you can do is ensure you’re equipped to handle the crowd. I hope they take this feedback seriously and implement better operational practices. Until then, I can’t recommend...
