We love the location being in our home town of South Weber, however the service and pizza availability is not up to par. We joke about the pay window always needing to ask us what we ordered for some reason rather than have it prepared. Aside from the service, the hot and ready items are roughly 50% of the time in stock. On more than one occasion we have asked for our money back after waiting in excess of 20 minutes for a very basic order. I do have lots of time to edit this review while waiting for hot and ready pizza, so I will edit it with wait times and see if there is a pattern that can be corrected. (All items I purchased were supposed to be 'hot and ready') 8-14-2018 12:18pm - 16 minutes for 2 pepperoni and 2 bread sticks in drive through . 9-13-2018 ~6:30pm -15 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 bread stick walk in. 9-20-2018 ~6:35pm -26 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 bread stick walk in . I am starting to have good conversations and meeting my fellow neighbors while waiting. Also seem to no longer be able to post photos of my stop watch for some reason . 1-25-2019 ~9 minutes 1 pepperoni + 1 breadstick in drive through. Getting better! +1 star 1-29-2019 7:15pm ~12 minutes 2 pepperoni 1 breadstick carry out . 3-2-2019 5:15pm ~2 minutes 2 pepperoni 1 breadstick. Best drive through experience yet! 9-22-2019 7:02pm ~38 minutes 1 "HotNReady" Pepperoni. Wow....drive through had me pull into parking lot and wait forever. 9-9-2020 7:04pm 46 minutes! (soccer/football season is back!) Guess who is still clueless!? It's been 2 years since I have been complaining. Local sports will increase your business. Pay attention. Drive through; had me wait in parking lot with at least 25 other cars. I asked how I would know when it was ready. They said not sure. So I had to keep going and asking.
If you are going to be incompetent at making pizzas during your hot n ready time, at least PLEASE get a system for waiting in line. Right now it's hunger games and the ones that check the most get the pizzas first. Take my name, give me a...
Read moreWent through the drive through. I ordered 3 pizzas and some bread sticks. They told me it would be a few minutes and to park out front. After 35 minutes, and watching customer after customer walk in and right back out with their pizzas, the guy parked next to me rolls his window down to talk to ask me how long I had been waiting. He had pulled in about 5 minutes after me. We decide to walk in together to check on our orders. Two other guys that were sitting in their cars on the other side follow the two of us in. These two guys said they had been waiting about 25 minutes. I get to the counter and ask if my order is almost ready and hand them my receipt. They look at it like it's some foreign object and didn't know what to say. They didn't even have my order entered anywhere?!?!? I asked if I could just have my money back. The girl went and got the manager to process my refund, which took her another 5 or so minutes to figure out how to do. In the meantime, the second guy that had been walked in with me, got his order and the girl helping him was also going to refund him his money. The manager finally figures out how to issue me a refund, hands me a receipt, and tells me to have a good day. Ummm....what just happened?? By this time it had been almost 45 minutes since I placed the order in the drive through. I had been waiting even longer than this other dude, and it didn't occur to the MANAGER that maybe I should be offered the same thing?!?!? I've yet to come to this store without having to wait for at least 15 minutes for an order. Time for a major revamp of management and some extra training or something. Why have a drive through if you can't fill the orders?!?!? Hot-n-ready huh? Maybe it's time to change your slogan to...
Read moreI just pulled up in the drive through & noticed that something was hanging down and swinging back and forth. It was the bar that hangs down that tells you how many feet of clearance you have. It almost hit my car. So before I ordered, I let the girl know and she responded with it's not our problem. I then politely asked her if she could let a manager or the owner know, so that they could contact the property owner and get it fixed before it did damage to a car. A guy rudely cut me off snapping something and then barked at me for my order.
When I got to the window, he met me. I handed him a coupon and then gave him a gift card. I thought he was giving me the remaining balance of the gift card. Then he snapped at me with the same amount. When I understood that he was asking for more money, I gave him another gift card. He didn't offer a receipt, so I asked for one to verify my remaining balances. When he handed it to me, I asked if the balance would be on the receipt. He said no. I looked at the receipt and saw the balance and let him know that it was in fact on the receipt. He snapped at me to pull forward because there were other cars behind me.
I asked him what his name was. He said Alexa (maybe that's a guy and a girl's name?) He then said he was a manager. I told him I thought it was very impolite, the way he was speaking to me and he said, I really don't care.
He started shutting the window when I was explaining to him that I was just trying to be helpful before someone's car was damaged because it almost hit my car. I said I'm still speaking and he again said, "I really don't care, their other cars now move."
I told him that I was disappointed in the lack of customer service and respect. And he yelled, "I don't care," as he slammed the...
