Evergreen Dairy Bar — Restaurant in Southampton Township

Very disappointed. Several tables were dirty and took forever to bus. We are next to a dirty table the entire time. I had a Patty melt. They charged a dollar extra for mushrooms and they were canned mushrooms and maybe 5 or six halves on the burger. The hot dog was on a stale bun and did not come out with chips. Tator tots were good but the gravy was awful and again jarred. Food was way over priced for the quality and quantity. But the service was just terrible. Our waitress was older and not attentive. When called on it by other patrons she was extremely rude. She never checked on us after we were given the food and ignored us and others when we tried to get her attention. Eventually I had another waitress try and get ours so we could get refills, napkins, a box, the check, and place a to go order. However our waitress was too busy to come so that young woman did all of that for us. Even the to go order took forever. For starters I would give 3.5 stars if I could but could not give 4. Ok. Service was quick. Our waiter was friendly. The food was tasty and the portion size was good for the price. The decor is retro including an old-school jukebox. At the time of our visit it was 'seat yourself' which in a busy restaurant is a little confusing, especially if it's your first visit to the establishment. The atomosphere is loud and busy. The view is the cars and people that pull their vehicles into parking slots right outside the window (at eye level) if you are in a booth. Wave hello. When it's busy you will be asking for your coffee/drink refill and the check. You take your check to a spot next to the counter, which is a little hard to see. The bathrooms are large, clean and also have some retro decor. The bathroom facilities are one person capacity and not handicap ADA compliant. Revising my below review due to the prompt response from this establishment. They quickly reached out after this incident to apologize & resolve this issue by sending a gift certificate to return & try them again. I haven't had the chance to return but I do appreciate them reaching out very quickly to make things right; way more than what most establishments would take the time to do... thank u!

I made my 1st & last visit to this dairy bar today. I was charged $5 for what looked like a sample amount of frozen yogurt that had already had a soupy ring around it where it had quickly begun to melt meanwhile the people in front of me was given so much it was spilling out their cup. When I inquired I was given some lame excuse on how the frozen yogurt isn't as stiff so it starts to spread/sink vs. ice cream that stands stiff. I've gotten frozen yogurt from many other places without that problem and much more for my money. I gave 2 stars vs. 1 because I did enjoy the flavor on the few...
