Paisano's Pizza Restaurant & Pub — Restaurant in Southampton

I usually don't leave reviews on line. But decided to this time. I stopped in as I had been close by the restaurant which often isn't the case. Decided to order a couple of meals to take home. Used to LOVE Paisano's Always had a nice lunch and dinner and enjoyed going with family years ago. Warm memories and used to be amazing Chicken Parm, so that's what I ordered. The gent taking the order was a nice man and so I gave a 25% tip just for being pleasant, taking the order and anticipation of a good meal. I sat down nearby and waited for it to be cooked. It took only about 12 mins - which seemed very fast for • Chicken Parmigiano • Stuffed Chicken w/ Broccoli & Cheese. Was excited to get home and for the two of us to split and taste both meals. Walked in and said "I stopped into Paisanos - wait until you try their parm!". We sat down and split both meals onto our respective plates. That's where the disappointment started.

The chicken parm was pounded soooo thin ! And the stuffed chicken was nothing more than a Frozen Barber Chicken breast! The salad was a pile of iceberg lettuce with shaved green peppers and red onions and ONE piece of sliced barely red tomato and ONE piece of sliced cucumber !!! ( It's summer - red tomatoes are everywhere) The meals came with a piece of dried out roll. We sat down to eat it anyway, because we were hungry. The pasta was cooked fine - linguini. However, the sauce was nothing like it used to be - this was tasteless. The chicken was so thin and rubbery!!! The stuffed chicken was to be expected after finding out it was nothing other than a breaded piece that you can get at the frozen section of the local Walmart. The mashed potatoes were so-so; at best. The mixed vegetable consisted frozen peas, chopped green beans, peas and carrots. This was all VERY disappointing! Hadn't been in many years and won't be going back. $47 for 2 take out meals that were far from good. I realize that the economy is tough, inflation is high and good employees are hard to find - But, lousy food doesn't need to be! Not sure what happened to Paisanos - but I think they need to regroup and correct the quality of food. I'm including the pic of the salad - as I didnt eat it. Didn't think to take pics of the meals until after we started eating them. Sadly, threw most of the both...

We normally love Paisanos but had a horrible experience tonight, treated like garbage, and will never go again.

Ordered 2 pizzas and salad for delivery at 6pm. By 730pm nothing so we called to see what was up, knowing it’s a Friday and being patient. We were told they would be here shortly. 8pm still nothing so we called again and was told it was delivered to a “woman in a yellow shirt smoking a cigarette” which does not describe anyone here. We told them as such and we’re basically told we were liars. We went in person to address the situation and ensure we get refunded to be told again it was delivered and not their fault. We were given our money back but no offers to remake or rectify the fact that it’s 2+ hours later and we still haven’t eaten.

The customer service was horrid and a joke. We frequently order/patronize Paisanos and were made to feel like we are liars and trying to scheme them out of something, which is the farthest from the truth. So terribly...

Food is always fantastic But last time I went our server couldn't be bothered by us. He was in a political conversation with the tablet next to us. We were sat down by the very courteous hostess with our menu's so within 5 mins we knew what we wanted and had the menu's stacked at the end of the table. Finally our waiter broke away from his conversation to take our order but just our drink order. Long story short we ordered someone else brought us our food as he was still deep in conversation. I had to ask someone else for napkins and steak sauce and I still had the courtesy to leave him a 25%tip. I love this place and don't need to be doted on as a patron but I would like to feel comfortable asking for something if we need it which sadly I was not. I ordered with him and got my check with him that was the extent of our transaction. Next time I go I won't sit in his section and my visit will be perfect just as it has been so many...
