Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Southaven

Seth is rude and completely unprofessional. Last time I paid with cash an was ask to pull up then was told I didn't pay. So today I ask for a receipt before pulling up. The girl at the window says it dont print until the end I said ok no problem can I just get the manager to acknowledge ive paid and ill pull up. She ask Seth he huffed rolled his eyes and started tapping on the computer. I said you dont have to give me a receipt I just want acknowledgement ive paid bc last time I was told I didnt pay. He completely ignored me so I said ok you wanna be rude thats fine i won't be moving up then he turned to me and said do you see me doing something! I said you know what youre rude and I won't be moving. He slammed the window an walked off. When my order was done he came an ask me to pull up again i said it shows its done just give me my order and he said yeah ill give it to you in a little bit. Shortly later he walked over and threw my order on the counter (which I have a video of). If he treats customers like this imagine how he treats his employees. No wonder there is a high turn over. The best way to kill a business is to mistreat...

I called at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 27. I requested a "Godfather" pizza. They said they didn't have one. I told them that the website indicates that they do. Since that didn't go well, I requested a "Supreme" pizza. I read the ingredients to her and, when she read them back to me, they were completely different. Again, I was reading from the Dominoe's website. They even told me that I must be on the wrong website. I assured them that I was on the Dominoe's pizza website. Since that still wasn't going well, I hung up and called Pizza Hut. The time before this one, when I called Dominoe's about the same thing happened. Only completely different people. I made my request and the kid (sounded like he was about 12) repeated incorrectly. I repeated a couple more times and each time he repeated it incorrectly. I give up...no more...

We ordered from Dominos on 51. Ordered an Alfredo pan dish, got it in a bread bowl. Not that , that was a big deal. But my noodles tasted like dish soap. Straight DISH SOAP. The bread also had no flavor. Also, we ordered a pepperoni pizza with feta cheese, extra feta. Get the pizza , there was only 3 slices that had feta cheese on it. It wasn’t even extra on top of that. The dough was also not cooked all the way. We tried calling Dominos, they decided not to answer. Thinking maybe they’re busy , no. They proceeded to my guess leave the phone off the hook for the next 30 minutes. I gave up after that. If anyone’s actually reads this. I would like for the manager of dominos on 51 to answer the phones calls because at this point I would NOT recommend this dominos to anyone I know after...
