I have to put down my first ever google review here, because it baffles me why this place has such good reviews (4.7 out of 240 as of end of 2023). After being curious for a while, I finally decide to try their food. It was a total disappointment. I got a bowl with some sort of grain with falafel, roasted carrots and bok choy, and a caesar salad. First, the falafel were the absolutely the worse I ever had: so dry and flavorless. I could tell they must be bad just by the way they look. Second, the bok choy was not properly washed and had sand in it. I had to spit things out, very unpleasant. Third, the veggie bowel was overall quite bland, except for the pungent flavor from coarsely ground coriander. Finally, in the caesar salad there was the thing that I supposed was tofu, which I first assumed was crouton, it was hard as rock while tasting like chalk. The only good part of the meal was the caesar salad dressing, which was very rich and flavorful, definitely top notch. Also they used good parmesan. I leave 2 stars only because of the salad dressing and their good service and ambience. But overall, this place is a hype from...

I’ve only ever ordered mobile for pickup and every single time the food is cold. It’s a shame cause the food is very good, but if you order online and it says 30-35 minutes, the food should be ready at the 30 minute mark.

I decided to give Nans another chance today (probably the 4th or 5th time here) and decided to show up 10 minutes early to see if our food would be done, and (to no surprise) it was sitting on the shelf ready to go. Brought it home 2 minutes away, the outside of the sandwich was already cold but the inside thankfully was still warm this time. But this is picking it up 10 minutes early, you can imagine how cold it would’ve been if I went at the actual pick up time and it explains why my food is always ice cold. Please plan accordingly. If you say the food will be done in 30 minutes, don’t make it so early that it’s done in 10 and then just sitting there. For $12 a sandwich, the food should be warm.

Like I said, the food is really good which is why I keep coming back but they really need to sort out the timing. From now on I’ll be showing up 15-20 minutes before the estimated...

Best food around, I’m sooo glad they’re here! I love that it’s casual, but the food is home made good eats. The og chicken sammy is a seriously delicious treat I like to get from time to time, the mashed potatoes are superrr creamy but addicting, the sweet potato is one of the best I’ve ever had, great ratatouille and pesto broccoli, sometimes I get a side of grilled chicken breast after the gym for a quick healthy protein with a veg and it’s always so yummy- I am super picky about meat and can’t cook my own because it gives me the ick, so when I find something like this I am just thrilled, and it’s worth paying for. The cookies are a dangerous add on because you’ll want them each time. Hard not to have bigger eyes than your stomach when you come in, but the food makes excellent left overs if that’s the case. The prices are very reasonable given the quality of what you’re getting. The location isnt my favorite in that getting in and out, especially at certain hours, isn’t fun, and from what I hear the other location is super cute.. but at least it’s close by...

I just found out recently that the chicken sandwiches and tenders at Nan's kitchen in Southborough are Halal. So, of course, I had to try them out. I am very glad that I did. First of all the service was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly. I got a regular chicken sandwich. The sandwich was amazing. The chicken was juicy, with a crispy coating. I love the smoky mayo and the slaw. I got cheese, which I think I will go without next time. It was delicious and melted perfectly, but in my opinion, took something away from the balance of the chicken. I will, however, ask for pickles next time. I am very eager to try the other variations of the sandwich. I wish there were more drink options. But it really isn't the kind of spot you would buy a soda in.

These reviews are a little suspicious….maybe I went in on the wrong day. The foods not terrible, I’d say average at best. I got a grain bowl with Brown rice, chicken, and sweet potatoes. My 2 issues are with the chicken and sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were a little burnt…definitely was not fresh, the chicken…I can’t make this up I got 3 pieces 2”x 2” that looked far from appetizing….but for $16 dollars you’d think you’d get some more chicken in the bowl. Needless to say, the food wasn’t terrible, if someone was going to buy me food and this was the place I’d eat there because it’d be free, but I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there or recommend this restaurant.

One of the best plates of food I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I grabbed lunch from here for the first time and it did not disappoint. I don’t eat meat and it’s often super difficult to find a quick but fresh option. I was pleasantly surprised by the multitude of vegetable offerings, and with so many unique seasonings. I opted for the falafel, spicy beans, cauliflower tabouli, and young potato salad. Hard to pick a favorite on the plate, but the tabouli and spicy beans really shined! The portions are big and the prices are great. Their ordering system online makes it super easy to order and just pickup and be on your way! Such a gem of an establishment!
