Spah Grill Batesville — Restaurant in Southside

It used to be my favorite spot, the restaurant in mountain view has changed drastically I had eggs and 1st time can understand that there was a few shells in my eggs lol no problem returned them well got a new batch and honestly I am never one to really complain felt odd as I started to eat my eggs tasted a little funny but I did finish them with my pancake, when I left the restaurant I got so sick 😫 that my whole day was ruined I always went their to Batesville and mountain view even when they first opened but as I called mountain view when I got home and asked her to please check the eggs she said she would so to make sure they checked them I called the manager the next day and he said he never heard about it. Well it's ok I was awesome for a little while but this time was a lesson to ve learnt people don't care. I will not be back I am sorry but this really upset me as I was a business owner...

Went in one day last weekend for breakfast and loved it! Prompt fast good service. I recommend the handsome hash browns. I’ve been twice in the last week due to no time to cook at home. There are some newer people working there and the quality of service had gone down hill in a big way. The first day my order was messed up not once but twice, I was also over charged and the server appeared all surprised that I questioned it. The next time the order was messed up again getting something that I didn’t order also the food was half cold, both times the same server didn’t seem to care about quality of service. This place has literally been here FOREVER. And sadly, it looks like it. There is an amazing view that you go here to see while you eat, but the windows are so old and dirty you can't even see out of them. It was so bad it was distracting. The place was clean but because it hasn't been kept up it looked dirty just from its age. The servers also were not friendly. In fact our server sat and chatted with the table next to us and ignored us. We asked another server to help us and she told our server to come help. (We thought she was a customer she had been sitting at the table so long.) The food was good but this place has so much potential if they would renovate and have...
