This is a darling restaurant my friend suggested as we capped off our girl's getaway weekend. Launch is situated in Southwick MA in Middle Pond on Congamond Lake and has outside dining as well as an air conditioned dining room. It was a beautifully picturesque and serene way to begin our day. We started off with mimosas and blood Mary's 🍾. I had the quiche of the day and their coffee cake French toast. One friend had the mushroom omelet with homemade cinnamon swirl toast and the other had pancakes. The cinnamon swirl bread was so exquisitely divine, I had to buy a loaf to bring home (although I might not share 😆 ) Highly recommend this place for any meal as all the food was fantastic!!! The atmosphere, food and service is perfect anytime as they are open from 7:30 am until 2:30 pm. Delicious, delightful and delectable! 👍👍👍

Place have decent size parking lot and beautiful location by lake. When me and my Wife got there for branch, place was pretty busy. We waited about 15 min. Line was building up behind us. As recent carnivore diet enthusiasts, me and my Wife don't have crazy choice of food for breakfast. We both ordered meat lover omelets. One for her, two for me. Wait was little long. Omelets looked symmetrical and where packed with meat and cheese. They were really good and filling. Staff was nice and smiling. If you want to get good table, so you can enjoy view, make sure to reserve your table ahead. Definitely recommend.

Discovered this place a couple of weeks ago when some friends visited from New Hampshire. The food was AMAZING! Definitely make a reservation as this place gets extremely busy! Come here once and you’ll understand why. Beautiful view, amazing food and awesome service. The best part is, it’s only 15 minutes from my house! This has become me and my hubbies fav brunch spot 😋🥰. Try the croissant French toast and the and the coffee cake French toast, you won’t be disappointed!

ONCE WAS TO OFTEN !! If you look up SLOW and DISAPPOINTMENT in the dictionary there is a good chance you will see a picture of the Launch Restaurant in Southwick, MA

When I contacted to inquire if reservations were required they told me yes because there is often a forty-five minute to a hour wait for walk ins. Reservations were made for 1:00 PM. Arrived a couple of minutes early, because I was told if we were fifteen minutes late they would give the table to the next person. I guess they don’t care that we had to wait over fifteen minutes past our reservation time to be seated, even though many of the outside tables were vacant.

Once seated the waitress took our drinks orders. My wife just had water and I black coffee. The coffee is served in what I consider a flimsy paper cup, without the benefit of one of the slip over paper heat protector rings most other places use.

I guess it was a good thing the coffee was nice and hot because there was a l-o-o-o-n-g wait for our food. After reading reviews (unfortunately after the fact) from others it sounds like our over an hour wait to be served Eggs Benedict and Crepe’s is more the norm than unusual time.

Unfortunately, the food wasn’t the caliber where I could say the wait was worth the food. For the cost I would think they could afford to serve the coffee in a real mug or cup or at least afford to buy some paper heat shield rings for the paper cups.

If you are going to bring children be advised there is only one restroom for public use, which had a waiting line. The other restroom was reserved for employees only

If after reading the reviews you still decide to try eating here my advice is to bring a book or even better a game of Monopoly, which you will probably have plenty of...

Been here 4 times. It’s always a little weird when you walk in and there’s never a dedicated hostess (or even a floating one) so you just kind of stand there anywhere from 5-10 minutes before someone acknowledges you’ve arrived. All times I’ve gone; they’ve been pretty busy so I can actually understand why a waitress who’s already running around can’t always stop to play hostess. That must be tough for them, so we always accepted that even though it was semi inconvenient. This time, we walked in and there was one other party. We waited with them and 5 minutes later another party came in. When we finally got someone to come over we were told about a 20 min wait, which was fine. We were seated in that timeframe, sat down and then we waited for probably a solid 20 minutes before we were acknowledged or brought water to. I looked over about 15 minutes after sitting down only to see that couple who walked in after us (no reservations) already have water and beers at the table. Confused as to how that happened. We got the water and ordered immediately. The food took a very long time to come out as well, and that same couple had long since eaten and was ready to leave by the time we got ours. Kids burger made a price jump from $7 to $12 in a span of a year it seems as well. They didn’t ask if he wanted fries and just recieved house chips with it. Unfortunately we’d skip them next time. Great view and good food but service and pricing inconsistent and the no hostess...

We decided that we wanted to have our intimate brunch wedding on Leap Day. But we didn’t have a ton of time to plan. We have always loved coming to the Launch for breakfast, so we were ecstatic that Jess and Marc were able to accommodate us on such short notice. We had 24 guests, and they made their catering room cozy for us. We asked if we could have the ceremony outside on their deck, and it was perfect with a coffee and hot cocoa bar with the heaters on to fight the chill. Our guests loved overlooking the lake with a warm mug as we had our ceremony. Every one LOVED the food. And there was no shortage of it! Phenomenal! The pearl waffles were a huge hit! I had a few guests with food allergies, and they took very good care of them so that they could feel included and have a great meal as well. Jess helped make sure that even though it was a small wedding that we had all the essential parts we wanted included in it. We showed up a little late but they didn’t even skip a beat and every thing flowed perfectly! They even cut and plated our cake for us for no charge. I just want to say that they went above and beyond. And it was definitely a day we will...
