Place was new so I'll give them 5 stars for that. My Subway Club however was terrible. I always order the S Club as for me it is tried and true and I always get it with the same topping and such. My bread was almost to the point of being burnt as it was hard, not sure if they had water in their vinegar bottle or not because it added no flavor to my sandwich. The lettuce was old and was starting to turn brown (even mentioned that to the sandwich maker and she just laughed---they actually had another container that had fresh lettuce and she didn't use it), I had my sandwich toasted and the cheese on the sandwich wasn't even melted! Obviously, she hasn't been trained properly, or she just doesn't care about the customers. I ate what I could as I was hungry so left without a saying anything to the Store Owner/Manager. Will not be back. Oh, as I stated, I order the exact same sandwich with same ole toppings and it doesn't matter which state or which store I go to, my sandwiches have ALWAYS tasted the same, but...
Read moreI stop by here on breaks during work when I'm in town because it's the only place around to eat really. If there was any where else I knew to go to I would. The people are nice, the store is clean. But the service is generally awful. I've had one competent sandwich artist out of the roughly 10 times I've visited. One time it took about 30 minutes for my two sandwiches to be made. There were no other customers at the store at that time.. Other times the insides are falling out when they wrap it up because they stuff the meat and cheese in the center of the sub instead of on the top or bottom. There is also a lady who seems uninterested in learning what goes on the sandwiches so I have to hope she's getting it right if I get a new sandwich. Also, when I sit inside to eat or do some work on my laptop when I've got time to kill, I feel so awkward because the workers stare at me the whole time.. I feel really uncomfortable and have started to just go to my...
Read moreI’ve frequented this location because it’s one of the few places to eat in town. Every single time I’ve went the experience has been vastly different. Sometimes the store is spotless, the food looks fresh/tastes good and everyone’s really nice. And sometimes it can be horrible on all fronts.
This last time was one of the most lack luster subway experiences I’ve ever had. The kids that were working could hardly be bothered. Lettuce and spinach was visibly wilted and spoiled. The tomato’s also were on the wrong side of time. They were out of the bread I was wanting and had maybe 1 or 2 cookies left (it was just after noon). I ordered two sandwiches and drinks which for some reason are way more expensive than the subways off the mountain. Both of the sandwiches were ok despite the spoiled veggies but the customer service was awful and there was ants crawling all over the drink area. The whole store was pretty gross. The worst...
