Hometown Donuts — Restaurant in Splendora

I used to be an everyday customer there until one day I went to the drive thru and one of their cashier(guy) don’t wear a mask. He served near the food all time and not wearing a mask. how come their manager not do anything about it during this period of Covid-19 time. I decided to give them another chance by going back I walked in this time and that same guy still not wearing a mask. And only putting the mask on if there customers inside. How is that help? So disappointed. And btw their donuts and kolaches are not as good as before....

Everything was good... Convenient! They are located at Fostoria and 59. Right in the small shopping center there. A small drive thru, makes it even better when you are short on time and need to get the us/ the kids something before work and school. Seems like the typical selection donuts of all varieties. Kolaches, small & large. Boudain, (or however it is speled), etc. Hot coffee, Vietnamese iced coffee. Drink cooler with juices, milks, cold brews, etc. Pretty typical of the other stores in the area. As I placed my order thru the drive, the young girl was so rude. When I asked her to heat up the food, she seemed bothered that I asked. I explained that she should at least smile at her customers and once she gave my order to me she slammed the window and walked away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE RESPECTFUL AND KIND.
