Grind Central Espresso — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I definitely don't recommend this place or Arctos, their sister cafe. This used to be my favorite stand in town but I won't be coming back anymore. Over the last year, quality of service has gone down considerably. Most of the baristas act annoyed to be there and are often having conversations with each other and ignoring the customer at the window. They have also started completely filling their cold cups with ice and then charging if you ask for light ice. They are charging for "20 oz" drinks but upon measuring it, there is only 12-14 oz of beverage. The line typically takes longer than other coffee stands, as well. THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE SHOP AROUND . I have been going here for years. these girls are amazing. Kelsey is awesome! PROBLEM- I am fasting and I ordered a coffee this morning and said NO CREAM. (just the Americano w SF flavor and its okay for fasting) BUT THEY PUT CREAM IN IT. now I have to start over on my fasting and I was halfway through it. Yazzz so good!! Makyla made the best drink today. First time I have been and this is my new favorite drink. Fun customer service, excellent quality drink, lots of choices, completely going back.
