On Tuesday July 1st about 9:15-9:30ish pm I had very uncomfortable experience. I got there for a door dash order and went to open the lobby door and both sets were locked and said for safety reasons doors lock at 10 pm. It wasnt 10 pm yet so I went through drive thru and another sign in the drive thru window said this is not an ordering window only for pick up. So I waited and eventually someone came to the window. He was not very nice and I was very polite, not in a rush or anything. He said here for a pick up order? I gave him the name kinda meekly cuz he had an attitude. He walked off to get the order. It was a few minutes seemed he might've been running the store all himself. When he came back he dang near threw the food at me mind you this isn't my food, I'm just door dashing. I was shocked it was so aggressive. Then when I was checking to make sure everything was there a Mt dew and Pepsi were not there. So I knocked on the window as the lobby was closed. Nothing. I knocked again just waiting. Nothing. So I gently honked my horn feeling bad but not sure what to do cuz I already heard the phone ringing off the hook. Still nothing. So this time... I laid on my horn. He came back over SLAMMED the sliding window open which scared me cuz this is not okay behaviour. I said I was missing a Mt dew and Pepsi he stomped off grabbed it then slammed the window shut. I don't know who that was, but his behaviour was very unsafe and upsetting and maybe he needs more help, but shouldn't take it out on me or other customers. Pizza hut I hope you see this. I don't want myself or others to deal with this behaviour again. Also maybe you guys just need to shut this location down? You guys keep having people email you to "fix" things but seems things arent fixable. Fire the aggressive employee including the manager. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would avoid this location at all costs. Everyone from the manager to the prep cooks are incredibly rude And all must share the same 1 brain cell. I placed an order tonight at 5 PM. I realized immediately that I had accidentally placed it for pick up right now instead of an hour later which is what I needed, so I attempted to call them. I was unable to get a hold of anyone for my first three calls. I finally got through to someone but was then immediately put on hold for six minutes, Finally the girl answered and I asked if my order could please be moved so I did not get prepared and sit for an hour. She then told me that my order was already made and that was too bad. I had literally placed my order 10 minutes prior and was quoted 15 to 20 minutes. And I spent 10 of those minutes just trying to get someone on the phone to tell them that I would be picking my order up at a later time. Instead of any customer service I was told that it was my fault and it was already ready so I could cancel my order or come pick up my food an hour late while itās been sitting for an hour. I try to give this place my business because they are the closest Pizza Hut to mean but but I would rather drive across Spokane to receive better customer service then deal with the people working at this location ever again. Iāve had so many bad experiences but this is finally the last one I will never come back to this location. If you do not want to lose money, time, or energy I would not waste your time ordering from this location. Literally go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst customer service ever. Out of dipping sauce for breadsticks and for melts. When called to ask the girl was ah ah ah I'm new let me ask, ah ah ah I can refund just the sauce. Asked for night manger who wouldn't give me a name was rude and wasn't going to do a dang thing. 10-5-23 date ordered time 8:03pm. Yes David you will get a call in the morning from me and hopefully you have a better answer then your untrained staff. By the way I have been in customer service over 25 years this was by far the worst I have ever seen. I have tried to reach David for two days. Keep getting the run around on when he's in. Ridiculous at this point. Customer really don't matter at this location. Update went back after talking to Dave. Since we tried to fix the issue. We got pizza again I told them about a food allergy. We'll guess that's not a priority for this place. Because there was sausage on 2 of the pizzas. Thank you but no THANK YOU. Never again would I recommend this place.
Update 5/30/25 Back to try the Pines Pizza Hut. We'll that was a big mistake. Placed order at 751pm estimated time for delivery 831pm. Called at 910pm all we got was an excuse for short staffing. Gentleman said it was just coming out of the oven and will be there in 15 minutes. Wait what!!!!! Gentleman all give up $15 off. Pizz shows up and I looks like it was thrown on the floor. Bread stick sauce was enough in the cups for maybe 2 bread sticks. Absolutely a waste of my time and will got to Sullivan for better service at...
