Go anywhere else! This bar used to be a lot of fun before Covid decent food and professional servers. I don’t know how it could go down wrong. It’s obvious, no one cares. Complaint to the only server was liking talking to a post. We waited nearly an hour for our food, he said the kitchen lost the order, but his response when asked where it was said different. The food is better from a Safeway deli. I don’t think they have a real short order chef, just someone who’s prepared to produce this terrible food. This is supposed to be a smoked panini sandwich. Stale white bread with pressed turkey product. The place is not clean. Last night was our last try. I’ll spend $20 on a taxi up the road. Shut this place down and start again with proffessionals.

Hotel restaurants can be questionable at most mid-tier chain hotels. This has a nice ambiance. Menu is pretty standard, but I had the grilled chicken sandwich and side salad. Hit the spot. There are virtually no other options nearby (other than the airport or restaurant in the springhill suites next door). Adding image of new menus since their website doesn’t work and no one else has posted and being able to see the menu prior to going to eat is a standard in 2024.

Ate here because we were staying at the Ramada while waiting for a flight. The experience was bad. We ordered chicken strips and a salad at the counter and it took over an hour to receive our food to discover the server punched in the wrong menu items and we had to wait another 40 minutes for the right food. Quality of the meal was equal to that of a grocery store prepared food counter. I would recommend eating elsewhere.

I was delayed on a flight and given a hotel and food voucher from United. They put me at the Ramada and gave me 30 dollars in food vouchers. When I went to the hotel restaurant and asked how to use them I was greeted by what I would concierge one of the rudest people I've met in a long time. The manager of the restaurant acted like I was some poor soul looking for a free meal. Made it VERY clear that only food was paid for with the voucher. Then started whispering to the waitress behind the bar which I only heard part of but she was basically incinuating that I "Was one if them" what that mention I have no idea. When I asked the bartender what that mention she was somewhat embarrassed that I heard what was said and simply implied "She has to deal with that all the time and that I did not have her as a waitress so not to worry about it" I did not ask for to be stranded in Spokane for the day and certainly did not ask for food vouchers that the airline gave. I simply wanted to ask how to use them. She acted like I was some poor soul looking for a free meal and acted like a total spoiled bit#!. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. DO NOT STAY HERE. if you do I would NEVER recommend the restaurant. Manager made me feel like all I wanted was a free meal and had a spoiled brat attitude. If there was a way to post a negative rating I would. This will be the first time I have ever left such a negative...

It isn't actually Remingtons anymore, we were told it's club something and under new management. It was the only food available at the airport at 7 pm on a Sunday, no table service order at the counter. One person working and he didn't seem like he wanted to be there which I understand. Limited menu and when we finally ordered two of the items we chose were out, there were only a couple tables that were not covered in dirty dishes and only two other customers in the place. No music or sound of any kind so we had to whisper in order to not have out conversation heard by the few other people there. Food was just terrible, I ordered a burrito plate that consisted of a dry tortilla wrapped around dry meat and raw onions. The only sauce available was ketchup. A bar customer came in and started watching videos on his phone a full volume so we had to listen to that while we waited. Watched several people come in and stand at the counter for 10 mins then leave. We came hungry and left hungry as the food was just terrible. Overcooked dry chicken strips chopped up on a salad, linguini Alfredo with way undercooked noodles. It was so bad we were laughing. It really shouldn't have been open at all.the bright spot was the friendly cook who...

This restaurant completely underwhelmed me, especially given the price of the food.

First complaint is the hours. I’ve never known a hotel restaurant to close at 9:00 pm — especially on weekends. Guests have stuff to do during the days and evenings and not having a restaurant open til a reasonable hour is highly inconvenient. It amazes me that this is even considered a reasonable time to close. On two separate occasions I saw no less than 4 guests each night turned away (quite abruptly and rudely) by restaurant staff.

Second I had a food order that was wrong and I ordered at around 8:30 pm. When I took it back they tried to fix it but it was after 9 and the kitchen was closing down. On the remake they completely left off the meat on order. So I had to wait for someone to open the door (they tried to ignore me since it was after 9) and they said the kitchen was closed now and they couldn’t fix my order. So I had to wait almost 45 min after my family to eat my food only for it to be an incomplete order altogether.

The closing time, demeanor of the wait staff, and the capability of the kitchen are why this is a 1-star rating. It was a terrible and very...
