Wake Up Call - Airway Heights — Restaurant in Spokane

Great little coffee place. Went thru the drive thu. There were a few menu signs of drink specialties as you head into the drive thru, but not really any others. Initially there were two cars ahead of us and a gal had come out to get the order from car #2. There was not any drink or other menu signs closer to checkout showing their specialties or items available so when we were car #2nd and the gal came outside to get our order prior to getting to the order window, we had no idea what to get, so I ordered what I get all the time from other coffee shops and we didn't order any snackie food... which had we had menu boards and prices, I would had tried something new and grabbed some snacks. I've visited every other Wake Up Call in Spokane many times, but I didn't know about this one until I drove by. When I pulled in, the young lady taking orders greeted me with a genuine smile, asked how I was, and seemed authentic rather than forced. She inquired about my day and if I had any fun plans. Then, she thanked me with another genuine smile and wished me a great day, even saying, "I hope you have a great day and lots of great things happen to you today." I would avoid this location! With nowadays prices already being too high.. I went to this location 2 days ago with my own 20oz mug and asked for a 20oz London latte with an extra shot (extra $$) as I'm driving to work I open a lid and look inside my mug... well, with all the whipping cream melted in.. it was halfway full! So here I paid for a 20 oz + extra shot, and all I got was a 10 oz of whatever they made (I'm not even sure they know what they were making) and just toped it off with whipping cream...
