MOD Pizza truly exceeded our expectations! Ours are high @ Veracity Gutter And Roof Cleaning, LLC so we tip are hats to your staff. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were thrilled to find such a fantastic selection of toppings for our pizzas, allowing us to customize our meals exactly how we wanted.

The pizzas themselves were outstanding—perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The crust was deliciously crispy on the outside yet perfectly soft on the inside. Each bite was a flavor explosion!

We also appreciated how quickly our pizzas were made. Despite the busy evening rush, our food came out promptly, hot, and fresh. The attention to detail and quality was evident in every aspect of our dining experience.

Wasn’t thrilled with my experience at mod pizza on Friday 9/12. The gal behind the counter was rude and couldn’t be bothered to stop chatting with this gentleman that was in there. She was very uninterested in helping my husband and I with our pizzas and we could definitely tell she wasn’t happy to be helping us. She stood there and talked to this man in the photo while 2 other girls behind the counter barely worked and chatted as well but one girl with reddish hair that was pulled back into French braids with a bandana on did ALL the cleaning. My husband and I felt so bad that this girl in the blue didn’t do anything, the other two made it look like they were doing something but they were just moving boxes back and forth to look busy and the red head gal worked her butt off. We walked out, and I usually love MOD Pizza! Not sure what is going on at the Airway Heights location; maybe it was a low biorhythm day or something. The person building the pizzas and salads was over-whelmed, seemed like too many people were taking their break at the same time. Employees were sitting around the store, and even though the employees working were slammed, no one came back from their break to help; it was outrageous! We walked out, and maybe we will try again, but this is a big reason we aren't frequently eating out. The quality of customer service is abysmal and everyone seems well-balanced with a chip on both shoulders. Where is the teamwork? Where is the quality, excellence, and attention to detail? Needs work Team MOD...
