Bagel Bazaar Deli & Grill — Restaurant in Spotswood

Fake eggs from a box. If you look at my reviews they are typically 4 and 5 stars. I try to support businesses. I’ve been here 20+ times and it appears they’ve changed ownership. I got a turkey egg and Swiss on a wrap. They used fake hotel eggs. I don think I’ve ever seen fake eggs on a breakfast sandwich from a bagel spot/deli in my life. The Swiss wasn’t melted and the flavor and texture off the eggs were horrible. Like a damp flavorless sponge. The register are was mayhem. People blocking up the area and nobody in control of who is grabbing what bags of food and it was not busy in there. I hope they read this and improve. I was surprised to see they are 4.3 stars using boxed eggs. It must be legacy ratings from the previous management. Please crack some real eggs and stop feeding paying...

Staff is very rude. I have been here several times and it's usually the same employee that is too busy with her personal stuff to pay attention.

I'd order a bagel with cream cheese and she'd always give me the cream cheese on the side with no knife to spread on the bagel.

Another problem is that the people who came after me were typically served their meals before me. I'd typically order 1 bagel with cream cheese and the others would order multiple breakfast sandwiches (and spend more money) and would end up leaving with their full order before me!

The only thing saving this from a 1 star review is the girl working the front counter was very nice. I did an online order through their website, which I dont even think they knew they received until I went there and showed them my order on my phone. You can tell the order was rushed as none of my requests were met. I asked for a simple salt, pepper, ketchup on my breakfast sandwich which was not done. I also got a bagel with butter that I asked for toasted. When I opened the bagel it was a cold, doughy bagel with SLABS of butter on it, as it was cream cheese. It was completely inedible.
