Sorry my kids were being so nosey 😋 Second visit happened today 5/9/23 to assess my water line for my new refrigerator coming Jake was my technician he was great and handle our issue in like 10 min your company is great highly recommend and he was so nice to my 👃y daughter. 5/15/23 Third visit was David who put in copper lines for our new refrigerator took him no time to install for us and gave us some great advice for work we will be needing the near future Thanks RA Nichols Plumbing. 11/8/23 Another visit from RA Nichols Plumbing today to assess our boiler circulators which just needed to be purged of air. Jeremy did a great job he was quick and also gave me some knowledge for some future work we will need to have done soon. As always I will refer RA Nichols Plumbing to my friends and family for their prompt service and very friendly and professional service people they send to my house thanks again RA Nichols from the Bryant family kids were out of the way today 😆. Thanks again to Jeremy who came to assess once again boiler and my circulator on 3/14/25. He was professional and efficient and knew what he was doing and suggested how to avoid this in the future what we need to do. Since my simple faucet install, I have now used RA Nichols for a new hot water heater install and an upgrade to my AC system which prompted an entire overhaul of my furnace, AC coil and outside unit and my duct work all in the cramped Heather Glen utility closet squeezed in with the stackable 24in washer/dryer AND on the second floor. Tough conditions to say the least. Ron Sr started install with outside unit and AC coil then needed Nick to come at another date and re-vamp the duct work and then Ron Sr back to finish the job. All involved, Ron Sr, Nick, Kyle, Anthony whoever else was here, did an amazing job. They worked hard and long. They hold themselves to a high standard and do not leave or request payment until the job is done RIGHT and as perfect as they can get it. They are neat, friendly, knowledgeable, explain what is going on and why. Definitely recommend for any job. From start to finish, their work is organized, neat, clean up is efficient and Nancy in the office is just a good. Bravo team! THANK YOU!

Ron Jr showed up early and was friendly and had nice conversations. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained his services and costs up front and easy to understand. Very neat and clean. Respectful of my home. I had a kitchen faucet leak which required some investigation as to why. I had bought a new faucet myself from Home Depot the day before. Installed it, replaced old shut off valves that weren’t holding. He also looked at my water main knob in the laundry room for a future fix. Highly recommend them! From Casey's initial visit through the final day of installation by Dominic and crew, I cannot speak highly enough about our satisfaction with R. A. Nichols. My wife and I had recently purchased a house in East Brunswick, NJ with antiquated mechanicals (old gas furnace, central air condition unit, etc.), and Casey provided us with three different options using the Japanese company Daikin's newest high-efficiency units. Admittedly, I was unfamiliar with the Daikin brand, but after some research was very intrigued by the quality of the product for the price point. (It also has a 12 year parts/labor warranty, which is unheard of from any of the other major HVAC manufacturers.) We decided to go ahead with installing the Daikin furnace, as well as their highly-rated air condition unit. Casey took care of permitting, and included a Bradford White high-efficiency hot water heater as part of the job so that we could completely decommission our old chimney. Dominic and his crew (Matt, Justin and Nick) completed the entire installation in just two days, and we had heat and hot water by the end of the first day of work. They were a friendly and highly professional group of guys, and did an incredible job rebuilding the air handler and bringing all aspects of our HVAC system up to code. We've been using the furnace for a few days now, and we cannot even hear when it is on (unlike our older unit). So far we are very satisfied with the Daikin product, and cannot recommend R.A.
