Bojangles — Restaurant in Spotsylvania Courthouse

Tonight my excitement for bojangles was met with confusion and anger. I asked for 2 orders of biscuits and gravy which I always ask and recieve accurately. Tonight I was given 2 biscuits individually wrapped with 2 sides of brown gravy which isn’t what I wanted. I tried to explain I wanted breakfast biscuits and gravy and the employee kept asking me what like I was dumb. The manager then got involved and did not provide any customer service and completely ruined my experience and I requested a refund. The least you can do is acknowledge you made a mistake and apologize instead of just brushing off my issue. I will not be coming back to this...

A historic moment for me, my first negative review. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! First off the prices are absurd, I spent $25 on 3 sandwiches and a side. I asked for dipping sauce and they literally wouldn’t give me ANY complimentary, I had to pay for a single sauce after spending $25. Disgusting customer service. It's ok. This one we went to one night and we used the drive thru. They asked our order and gave it to them. The lady tells us for part of the order it would take about 5 minutes to cook what my son wanted. Ok we can wait. She then says well we will have to heat up the deep fryer again. Ok we will wait.
