I went through the drive through and ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese add bacon and large fries. And lg glass of ice. Fries were cold but I figured.. eh I will deal with it. Got 5 miles up the road and it was the wrong sandwich. Went back through drive thru which was packed so took me 10 minutes to get the correct sandwich. As I had received just a quarter pounder ( keep in mind there is a couple dollar price difference here ) they had me pull ahead to second window. Which I had my receipt that I had to ask for the first time. They told me to pull ahead. They brought out my order again and said did you have a double quarter pounder with cheese add bacon and large fry, I said yes. She said okay wanted to make sure I got it right this time. She went in, I opened the sandwich and it was a quarter pounder. This time I went I. The store and asked a young lady if the deluxe came with lettuce and tomato. To which she said yes. I again had my receipt. I asked if I could have the correct sandwich for the second time. She then informed me that they were out of tomatoes so could not fill my order.... I asked why they did not tell me this the first place. She said it’s shift change and I just found out. I asked if she could make what I ordered just without the tomato. She said yes, as I stood there the manager is insulting me to the girl like I can’t here her. She went as far as saying. What does her receipt look like, I said my receipt is right here. Take a look, I can hear you you know, she would not look at me or acknowledge me. The you g lady said mam, I’m sorry we are told to be harsh and rough. I asked the manager to take the result and look at it, to which she would not. As the young lady stated how so over this place she was. I feel sorry for the people that work there and are subject to being told to shut on the customers. Who without them would not have a paycheck or job. This manager who would not turn around to let me see her name tag should be relived of her duties for running such an operation. I would expect more out of you Mc Donald’s.... Read moreWe came in on Halloween and ordered food at the kiosk inside - the kiosk said to take a number to a table and that a staff member would bring our food out. We're waiting and waiting and waiting, when my husband noticed that a bag had been set out at the counter. He went to check and it was part of our order - just part of it. He waited up at the counter with the partial order, trying to get the attention of a staff member that half of our order was missing. Finally, he got their attention and notified them of the issue - of which they stated that they would make the rest of it. They brought a bag with our fries to the counter, and left again - still without the rest of our order. Again, trying to get their attention as we were missing all the drinks still and sauces we ordered. After waiting still several more minutes before we were able to get their attention again, they gave us 3 of the 4 drinks, and said that they were making the last drink. Again, minutes went by when a staff member asked what I was waiting for - of which I notified him, he said he would make it in just a couple of minutes but still had to be reminded again even after that.
It was so bad that I saw another family come in after us and warned them of the wait time and they ended up leaving.
We ordered at 8:19PM and did not get everything from our order until after 9 - of course by the time we received the entirety of our order, the food we received at the beginning was cold. I felt bad for the staff as the entire time they were complaining about only have 3 staff and that one of them was supposed to be leaving for the night - however, if they would finish an order before moving on to the next it would go a lot smoother as obviously attempting to multi-task orders was...
Read moreWent there 12/09/17 to grab some breakfast on the way to an appointment. I'd looked up the location beforehand, and had seen the myriad of low reviews. The location lives up to their poor reviews! I walked in, and a girl behind the counter was finishing with a customer on one register, while a guy was trying (and failing) to get the other register going. The girl stepped back after finishing the customer's order, refused to acknowledge me, and started messing with her phone. After they guy managed to start the other register, he told her he'd be right back and walked away. She then steps up to HIS register and asks me what I want. I ordered a Steak Bagel sandwich with NO 'breakfast sauce' (it literally makes me ill). She repeated that, so I know she heard me. I got my order, and sat down. I opened the sandwich, and it looks like the cook had applied the breakfast sauce, and then tried scraping it off, but about half remained. I took it back to the register, and told the girl the issue, and she acted like I was bothering her, and then asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I said I want one WITHOUT the sauce. She informed me she'd have to talk to her manager. (who was 5 feet away) "This guy says he doesn't want breakfast sauce on his sandwich!" He told her to just get another made.
