Wow! What a wonderful experience we had dining here last night. It isn't often you find great BBQ paired with delicious craft beer. And it's unheard of when they're both made from scratch right there! Add in superior service and you have the recipe for the perfection destination. Oh yeah. I forgot to mention the live music they had as well. As a beer guy I can tell you Pat is making some dandies. He's always putting new and improved beverage options on his beer menu offering something for everyone. His generously served BBQ is the best in the area. Tastes like the legit sloppy good, moist and flavorful, smoked BBQ you can only find in Texas! I enjoyed the namesake sandwich the Fat Pat and was not disappointed. One more thing worth noting was the fact that the owner himself stopped by every table and asked how we were enjoying our meal. I can tell you it wasn't just a meal - it was an EXPERIENCE worth repeating! Tried the new place out last Friday. Delicious pulled pork and slaw sandwich and the beers just keep getting better!

We had a pulled pork sandwich with hand cut fries which was fantastic! We also ordered the ATX burger which was served hot and fresh from the grill it was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The portion size for the fries was a bit smaller than expected. The watermelon sour was exceptional. We ordered cheese curds as an appetizer. From our experience, if doing an appetizer, order it and then wait to order the entrees. We got both within minutes of each other. The only thing I can say they could improve is a sauce with the curds. We had ketchup but a southwest ranch or similarly flavored aioli would have been fantastic. The staff were all friendly and attentive. They were quite busy and everyone was greeted with a smile when they came in and having menus available right at the door was helpful to peek at and decide what to order. Things ran smoothly and the place was very clean. Overall, it was a great experience and we are looking forward to a return visit in the future to try some of the other items on the menu!

I stopped in yesterday, Saturday, shortly after 11a open. What a cute brewery in a cute little town! Despite asking Harley what she recommends for food, the WTF burger, i didnt eat. It wasnt too busy so i chatted up Harley...we got on about whiskey & Old Fashioneds... i had set out for brewery hopping so i didnt do research... Harley commented that RockFilter Distillery where she also works, is just on the other side pf the park! I thanked her for all her information as i would depart to...just across the park. Fat Pat's is a cute venue fir food & a craft bevvy in a so cute small town. Glass garage doors set the scene w essentially floor to ceiling windows; w the spread out and spacious, welcoming tap room. Only amped up when you couple ot w the friendly service. Thank you FatPat's for a delicious & enjoyable visit to my 368th brewery, cheers!

I have very mix feelings. At first it's on an addition to an IGA with 3 different business signs... because it's 3 different businesses! A micro brew house, a Cafe, and a BBQ joint. So, just a bit confused, just pulling into the parking lot. Then when entering it's a really clean an esthetically pleasing establishment... with more chaos :( I learned with little help from the staff that I take a menu from next to the register and order at the same register with tables to close and a line at least 5 deep for the 45 mins I was there. You're handed a number, you seat yourself and the food arrives before your seat is warm! I had the brisket. Moist, TENDER, and flavorful. The only thing it needed was a bun not from the IGA. Their in house BBQ sauce is unique and enjoyable and their fresh hand cut fries are perfect, coated in thus said sauce! The other ever quickly revolving guest were seemingly local and enjoyed themselves as much as the in house ales, lagers, and IPA they were imbibing. I prefer the Spring Grove cream soda. I'd be willing to bet that all those talented women working there can make a cup of coffee! I'll be back for 1 of those and a pull...
