Breanne is LITERALLY the rudest person I’ve ever worked with in my life as far as customer service goes. I am 100% convinced the employees that work here were trained to treat their customers as if their needs do not matter. I was charged for multiple items that were made and deceived incorrectly and were returned and never replaced and when I followed up with them that if I kept “harassing” them they would stop answering my calls....so basically I just donated my hard earned $$ to this “business.” They flat out do not care and I never heard from the general manager. I have filed a complaint with corporate and breanne and her little assistant manager friend who I was told couldn’t be named will surely be let go. Good luck getting by in life with your limited abilities ladies if you can’t even handle a simple return over ice...
Read moreI pulled into the Sonic in Spring Hill like a man on a noble quest for tots and cherry limeade. The carhop skated (okay, walked) to my car with such determination you’d think she was delivering a newborn baby. My mozzarella sticks were hotter than the surface of the sun, which is either a blessing or curse—still deciding.
The drinks? Immaculate. Sonic could probably solve international conflicts if they just handed out Route 44 slushes at the border. The tots? A little too crunchy, but honestly, I respect the commitment. It felt like they were daring my teeth to be stronger.
I did, however, have a brief existential crisis when the intercom person said, “Is that all for you today?” Like… is it? Is it really all for me today? Thanks for making me question my life, Sonic.
All in all, 10/10 would awkwardly fumble with my debit...
Read moreWe've had a bad experience here a few times, but this last one was the worst. In the past it has had long wait times and inexperienced people taking orders, but the food was good. This time it took 15 minutes to get someone to take the order, then she either couldn't hear or couldn't operate the register, had to continuously repeat each part of the order, then she just dropped the order and never came back. Went to the front to try and order in person and they said to hit the button again to reorder, said they didn't have anyone taking an order. Didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for another bad experience trying to order and left. Not going back to this Sonic, which is sad because it's one of the only fast food places in...
