Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Lake

By far the worst Dominos staff ever. My order said 34-44 minutes. It was just under an hour and a half when i check my pizza status and it said “delivered” but i have never received my order. So i called and asked about my order and the lady on the phone put me on hold without saying anything for 10min. I hung up and immediately called back. They weren’t busy. She said my order was stated delivered because i never answered the door. I live in a small barracks room, i would definitely hear the door, I told her. Then she claimed they called. I screenshotted my call log to prove to her i never received a call. I asked if they were going to send me another pizza and she was extremely rude saying “no but we can send you the same pizza”. I told her i waited a hour and a half already, by the time I get my order its going to be over 2 hrs my food will be cold. She said “well cancel and get your money back”. I told her to send it anyway. When I received my order not only was it cold but i didnt have extra beef or sauce like i had paid for and my wings did not have sauce. Please get ride of the...

I've been picking up pizza occasionally here for quite some time. The staff is generally polite and the manager is friendly. Quality food every time and they've only messed up my order once. Definitely one of the better dominoes for sure. The carryout time is very, very fast from time of order.

EDIT: This location is not what it was. Multiple times now I have ordered carryout doors are locked. The takeout window used to have a doorbell to notify someone inside and no longer does. So now you have to knock. Trouble is (though my order each time was marked as completed 10 minutes prior) nobody answers the window and they straight up look at you inside and ignore you. I thought it must have been because they marked it complete and they just hadn’t even started but then after waiting it was cold. Last time I was here I waited 40 min after it was marked complete to receive my pizza. I don’t know what happened this location used to be so good for a late night snack. :/ guess good things don’t last forever but I’d love to see it...

Consistent order mishaps. Tonight the driver asked me to meet him down the road because he had 2 additional orders with him. I drove down the street to meet him, he wasn't there. Turns out he called the wrong customer when he called me and was actually heading to my building...he finally makes it to my door hands me a free 1 topping carryout coupon and has the nerve to mention "sign there and here if you'd like to tip" I almost lost it. You can't be serious. Leaving stuff off of orders, cheesy bread that wasn't cooked, forgot the additional sauces, and now "I know you ordered delivery, but can you meet me down the street I have 2 other orders" I'll eat cereal with dr pepper, I'll eat a soup sandwich, I'll lick the white speck on dog poop before I spend any money at this location again.
