Subway — Restaurant in Spring Valley

3 sandwich order at drive thru. BLT beig the one with the problem. Got home to find 2 pieces.of back between two pieces of bread. Called them and was told all that comes on the BLT IS BACON. Really? Then what is the L&T part of the sandwich? The girl was very rude. I said I want a refund and she said she can't do that. Asked for a manager,not one here. When will she be in? Not sure. Ok here's my name and number can she call me? Sure hung up. Next day nothing so I call back. Still no manager. Will have her call tomorrow. Ok do I got the call today. She can't do anything about it because it should have been taken care of the day it happened. HELLO,I DID CALL AND THE WOTHLESS GIRL WAS NO HELP. Tried the new sandwich and it was really good.Cabatta with fresh mozzarella cheese 🙂. The staff @ the Spring Valley location were very nice. The one fella made small talk as the other, a possibly newer employee, made the sandwiches. He was very reserved and seemed nervous so that's y I think he might of been new. Plus he made a few small mistakes but nothing major. Subway is always good but kinda a bit more expensive for my liking. $27 for 2 footlongs but one did have double meat which they kill u on. 1 bag of chips amd 2 large soda's.
