Really oscillated between a 4 and a 5 for this place. It’s pretty dated, straight off a dirt road if you come from one direction. It’s also fairly small with seat yourself seating.

That being said, it’s a very fast place. We were in and out in 45 minutes and we ordered a lot of food. As well their homemade sausage gravy and bread really steaks the show. There is ample parking but only one bathroom for the whole restaurant.

I ordered the breakfast sandwich with American and ham. It’s like a super egg McMuffin and was very good and filling. I also ordered half an order of biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were fluffy and gravy was great. A little spicy, super flavorful, ground sausage instead of pieces which I like.

Others at my table ordered the chicken fried steak special which was a great deal for $10. A chicken tender platter which was large and as expected. Chili cheese fries which were kind of disappointing as the cheese was definitely melted in the microwave but I’m pretty sure the chili is homemade and it was good!

Overall, it is your standard small town cafe. I ended up giving 5 stars because the homemade items are unexpectedly good and the service is fast and friendly.

Came back on 09/07/25 and can stay my 5 star holds. Place was packed in the parking lot and inside but we squeezed into a seat. I just got the simple breakfast with eggs, bacon, and toast. I got like 6 pieces of bacon which is so much and it was THICK! Our server, destiny, was great and super nice and helpful. Continues to be a good place to stop...

Called ahead to see if there was gluten free food safe for my daughter with celiac disease. The person we spoke to on the phone assured us foor would be cooked separate and safe. Arrived and someone completely different took our order. This lady was rude to say the least. She didn't answer questions properly, when i asked about my daughters food being cooked separately like the previous woman told us she snaped at me and said im just going to throw it in a pan. She didn't get my moms full order. We were going to eat outside but it started raining so we said we needed it to go because the restaurant was way to full to eat safely during COVID. The tossed our food on the counter and left it there for so long that everything was cold and gross. Will never go back if that mean old lady is still there. I only gave them 1 star because i...

This place was PERFECT! The homemade bread (toast) made me and my husband return again the next morning for breakfast. Our Red haired waitress was such a delight, I'm scared to get her name wrong here but she was another reason we returned. Our coffee was always full and the prices here are perfect, nothing fancy or frilly , and that made this place even more authentic. Simply the food was delicious! If you want a full belly with that satisfaction of having a great tasting meal, this is the place to come. The comforting relaxed atmosphere really set's this place apart, reminded me of my Grandmothers from when I was a child. The scents , the decor.. It really was a comforting place.. Shout out to our waitress, and whomever bakes this bread! I wish I would have asked if they sell it...

When on vacation, I always live to check out local gems and Rosie's is certainly one you should check out. They have everything covered from any breakfast cuisine to all diner lunch deals. Breakfast served all day up to 2pm when they close of course. When I arrived, I wasn't sure I could get a seat. The parking lot was full but there are places you can squeeze in if need be. Service is great. Gave us ample time to check out the menu. You will need some time to read thru all of the breakfast options. Overall, this is one diner you should add to your bucket list if you visit the area.

I drove by this place in the morning and saw quite a few cars in the lot which is normally a good sign for good food. There hours are 6a-2p so primarily a breakfast joint. So when I arrived at 1:15pm I ordered breakfast. The french toast with bananas and pecans with a side of bacon were excellent. Flattop and bar seating. They serve breakfast, lunch and pies. Lot parking. Cozy and rustic inside with one unisex bathroom. Very good service. Password needed for wifi. I would definitely return for breakfast when I’m back in the area.
