McDonald's — Restaurant in Springdale

Went to the McDonald’s today over off of 49 and Elmsprings Road. There was no one at the front counter by the two cash registers several people came in along with me and we waited a long time but nobody ever looked our direction so two of the people walked out and finally I had to holler does anybody want to take our order in this restaurant and then they finally turned their head and looked and came over and helped me. Now that they have the little computers in there for people to place their orders the customer Service has tanked. Not everybody wants to place their own orders or on a computer screen that takes 10 times as long to do versus telling a person behind the counter. I watched a bunch other people leave because they don’t man the counter anymore. I told the lady that the least they could do is turn their head in that direction every 10 seconds to see if somebody has come in the door. Their total focuses on filling the orders and forgettingThat they have two cash registers on the counter with people standing there wanting to place their order in person. The customer service lady named Lisa or Kim or karon i cant remember..she does not know the rules to monopoly She scoffed at me over the phone. They told me that all monopoly eligible items ordered in the app only come with a digital peel This is not true. I.have refunded and given digital pieces by the national wide mcdonald Corp. It does not matter if your order digitally or in person, the physical monopoly pieces should be on all large fries, and large drinks This has been a bad experience...pathetic, meanwhile the Lisa lady literally has no idea what she is...

Today I ordered a sandwich at the drive-in window of McDonald's in Greensburg, KY. Instead of what I ordered I received a cold bagel with a cold piece of cheese on it wrapped nicely in a sandwich wrapper. Next I received a cold piece of meat in a chicken McNuggets box. Is this the way all your sandwiches come? Are each of the individual components wrapped individually for the consumer to put together to his or her own taste? I did not think so but if that is the way you are going to serve sandwiches then...
