McDonald's — Restaurant in Springerville

I was in the drive-thru as the second of three cars waiting to order when the car in front of me pulls forward to order. At that point the manager walks up in front of my car with two cones and starts walking away with none. I call out to the manager and ask "what is going on". She ignores me, quickly walks back in Mcdonalds and locks the door. I look in front of my vehicle and she placed two cones in front of my car. The lady behind me looks at me in disbelief and I park my car and walk to the entrance. A customer inside opens the door for me and I walk up to the manager and ask why she put the cones in front of my car. She says I am not going to serve you. I asked why she couldnt place the cones behind the last person in line. She yells to the customers inside I told you guys not to let anyone in. I look at her in astonishment and walk out. She has to be the worst employee I ever experienced in my 40 years of life. If I wasn't paying attention I could have damaged my car because I could not see the cones she placed in front of my car without getting out the car. This lady was working the drive thru line Tuesday September 14th, 2021 at 1915. Huge liability for your organization and your business. Was extremely rude and could have damaged my vehicle. I never write post like this but this was the worst Ive ever...

Horrible service driving thru town on our way to Phoenix from Albuquerque, and the lady was rude. Gave me to wrong change back and stormed off and came back 7 min later (yes, I timed it) we ordered a coffee and a cheeseburger. I said thank u and she slammed the glass drive thru door and gave me a coffee without the top all the way on. I told her and her exact words were "Just fix the top" I did, but before she spilled it on the side of my car. Only lost a 1/4 of it. I Told her and she just never came back to the window. No coffee just a burger that was half put together. I'm disputing the charge as we speak. Very very rude. She should quit, be fired or shut down this location. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! HOW HARD IS HER JOB CHARGED TWICE AND SHE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME MY ORDER. SHE CHARGED ME TWICE!!! When I checked My online banking. Close this store!!!!!! If you ever want McDonald's to be a family friendly restaurant it started as....

"No ice cream."

Literally the only thing I wanted. Then when I asked him if they had shakes he just repeated himself as though I was a dimwit.

"No ice cream."

I wouldn't have bothered to post this review if it wasn't for the snarky attitude of the drive-thru order taker.

The suggestion that I should know that if they don't have ice cream they don't have shakes which was implicit in his tone, really kind of struck a nerve with me. McDonald's doesn't serve normal food. Everything is highly processed and highly automated. Half the things come in precooked and just have to be thrown in a fryer or heat it up in a microwave. How am I supposed to know that no ice cream also means no shakes. In my experience they come out of two different machines. It's not like I've never been to McDonald's before. I see them get ice cream from one machine and shakes from another machine. I had a...
