What a gem! Le Petit Café aux Roues is a food truck you simply can't miss!! The French flags wave proudly on a busy Michigan road, calling you in for coffee, pastries, and a taste of France. My husband and I stopped by on a beautiful Michigan fall day and ordered a banana strawberry Nutella crêpe with two lattes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with seasonal ingredients. We sat outside in their lovely outdoor space and it honestly felt like a mini trip to Europe. The owner and her daughter were so warm and welcoming, sharing a bit of their story with us, which made the visit even more special. From quiche and croissants to baguettes and crêpes, this little café on wheels delivers big on charm and taste A few tips: it's cash only, and they are a seasonal business (their last day for 2025 will be 10/11). So hurry and treat yourself before they close up for the season. We will definitely be back!

I finally had the chance to stop by Le Petit Cafe Aux Roues this beautiful sunny morning, and it did not disappoint! I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time, and I’m so glad I did. I started with the brown sugar cold coffee, which was absolutely delicious—just the right balance of sweetness and bitterness. Then came the almond croissant: flaky, buttery, super light in the center, and topped with just the right amount of icing. Truly phenomenal. The woman running the truck was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service was quick and warm—exactly what you want to start your day. If you’re in the Clarkson area near Dixie, this spot is a much-needed gem. We've needed a great coffee option around here for ages, and this one absolutely delivers. Be sure to stop by and treat yourself—you won't regret it!

(This review is long overdue) Ruth and Sarah (and Juliette) are the best! Super warm and friendly, they make some of the best French pastries to be had in Oakland County. Everything they make is incredible, and you can tell how much love they put into it. During our long days running our data recovery/repair biz, it’s a welcome relief to stop by and get some delicious pastries and chat with Ruth and Sarah. We discovered this little roadside gem last year, and It's been exciting to see Ruth's business grow and get the recognition it deserves. Well worth the trip! Be sure to check out their seating area out back, and the incredible painting Ruth did of Van Gogh's Starry Night.
