Springfield Inn Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Springfield Charter Township

I called in a take out order and phone call seemed very rushed. I ordered their world famous burger with bacon, cheese and all the topping including the signature fries. When I went to pick up my food I stood at the bar for a good five min. till I was greeted. It felt like I was taking up too much of her time, I don't even think she look at my face. Anyway, the burger was good. I don't know "world famous" good, but it was good. I prefer handmade patties but that is just me. The beef was tender and juicy, whole pieces of bacon and all the topping were fresh. (I wasn't asked how I wanted it cook) My fries on the other hand were not good at all. When I picked one up I got one be clump of fries and they were very chewy. Now some might say it is probably because it was take out, but I ate in the car. Over all I would not go out of my way to go here. I might go back because it is close to my work and I'd like to try something else and maybe the rudeness off the employee was because of something going on in her life, which I can over look because unfortunately no matter where you go now a days it seems like people hate their job...

TERRIBLE SERVICE CONTINUES! Went there last night with my parents. The place was not busy at all even though it was St. Patrick's Day. We got our drinks ok, then it went downhill. The waitress finally came back to take our order after 15 minutes. The food took forever to arrive. She finally brought my parents their burgers, then left without saying a word. My husband and I sat there for almost 10 minutes and still no food. We saw his sandwich/onion rings sitting on the warming table but no sign of mine. Our waitress was no where in sight the whole time so we had to ask another waitress where our food was. When our food finally arrived, my sandwich was soggy and my husband's entire meal was cold. C'mon Springfield Inn Management! Please do something about this continued substandard service, and yes, it's been the same waitress every time. We will try again in a couple of months with hopes that things...

Every time i come to this bar this is the only bartender that gives me a hard time. I cant eat a-lot so i ordered 1 slider and she refused me service because i didn't order 3 sliders and she was the cook. This is not the first time i have ordered only 1 slider but from a different bartender. I cant eat a-lot for medical reasons. She have a bad attitude i asked for the supervisor or owner number and i was told there is not one. Every establishment have to have some someone in management. I think she racist im a regular customer and im black. Everybody else is nice to me bartenders and customers. I’m nice to everyone and i see no color so i treat everyone the same.
