Mikes Fish & Chicken Northbend RD ( Finney Town ) — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I have passed the place a few times when I rode the bus. I figured that I try their food since I was in the mood for a gyro. I ordered one of their lunch specials (gyro, fries, bottle of water) because I'm trying to eat and drink healthy. It didn't take long for them to prepare my order. By the time I was about to get ready to eat, my food got cold. I was too hungry to complain, so I ate the gyro. It was kinda dry, but flavorful. The toppings were fresh, but I wish that I had more sauce to put on it. The French fries were ok, but you have to watch them carefully on how much salt (seasoned or lemon pepper) that they put on it. I had to get a bottle of water because I won't drink sodas. The price is very affordable at $5.99. But they have other lunch specials there, too. I order from here almost everyday . Today I place order online and there a glitch to where it’s not letting you select different side items such as Mac and cheese . So I called this lady was very very rude I literally explained my situation 10Xs for 15mins , told her if it had not been a glitch online I would’ve been fine she literally told me she couldn’t help me she can’t do it if I didn’t leave a comment online ! Then I asked to speak with management she claim she was there alone . I’m so very unsatisfied and disappointed I spend too much money here I literally eat here allot . I love the food at this restaurant! But the portions are way TOO SMALL. I paid $8.99 for 6 Party Wings and they're tiny. When I mentioned it to the woman at the counter she didn't seem to care at all, and said the party wings are always this small. That was a lie! 🤥. I ordered food from this location multiple times and the wings were never this small. $8.99 for 6 Party Wings means I paid $1.50 each for these TINY wings! I could have got a full 8 piece from Kroger for that price with 2 full sized wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 breasts, and 2 thighs.
