Pandora is notorious for messing up our orders AND charging incorrectly. Always triple check to make sure you have EVERYTHING and that the charges are correct. We have ALWAYS been charged for our children’s drinks despite them being included in the kids meals and same has happened with desserts that were included as part of meals. Previously they left off a side order, with family waiting in the car I asked to just be refunded, the hostess handed me the cash for the side order but somehow charged our card a second time for just the amount we needed a refund on (without our card present), next day when the charge was caught they claimed they couldn’t refund the card over the phone and we have to come back in with our bank statement to have the issue corrected. We continue to return because of the variety of food options offered and the loud, informal atmosphere allows us to feel more comfortable bringing in our children.

We stopped for a meal after a long day at Great Adventure. First time for our visit. We had been told by family and friends the food was good. My son and I ordered the chicken parm plus. Having eaten bread and salad we hardly touched our main entree. Just a few bites of very crunchy breaded chicken parm and very thin tough chicken. we took remaining food from the 4 orders home. Today trying the cold chicken parm (we have eaten others cold before) it was like leather. Even a sharp knife was having trouble cutting it. And hand pulling pieces was almost impossible. Called to speak with a mgr. ocan(?) told me to call back as he was not the night mgr. that he would talk to his superiors and for me to call back. I’m hopeful that my call back will be received.

You would think it would be quick, but our order took about 25-30mins just to arrive. Our waitress never checked on us once since we started eating. The food looks good, but when you taste it, it has no flavor. Probably the worst pancakes I’ve ever had at a diner. They have a lot of options, prices are pretty fair but the service and the food were severely lacking.

You would think it would be quick, but our order took about 25-30mins just to arrive. Our waitress never checked on us once since we started eating. The food looks good, but when you taste it, it has no flavor. Probably the worst pancakes I’ve ever had at a diner. They have a lot of options, prices are pretty fair but the service and the food were severely lacking.

My husband and i came to the Pandora diner on Rte 206 today and placed our orders.. I ordered a chillds silver dollar pancakes, bacon and hot tea and glass of water.. So the waitress brings out our food and puts on table. She says to me, "oh, we dont serve adults childs meal so we brought you this". It was 12,, yes 12 silver dollar (which were way bigger than that). See pics. I said, "This is a lot bigger portion,, how much more does this cost??" She said " oh its a $1 more. I was stumped... I cant eat all of this.. So i called over the manager.. He was rude and argumentive with this.. You are charging me more for an order the waitress failed to tell me that you dont serve childs portion and just to decide to bring me out something else without asking me if i wanted something else?? The waitress took my order and left without any word.. She never came back to tell me they couldnt do it.. The Manager wouldnt budge on anything.. So after i told them they can keep their food.. Im not buying what i didnt order. I asked to talk to the mgr again and then he said he took off the $1. I said,, take it off my bill,,, I dont want them.. He said he wont do it... Im beyond pissed and he was rude.. I didnt care who heard me.. My husband went to the restroom and when he came back, he told me that the mgr said if i had ordered "1" pancake they would have charged me for one.. HOW WAS I SUPPOSE TO KNOW??? They never came to me to ask me!!! So at the register,, he refused to take off the order, and i proceeded to argue and state my case,, that you have to ask your customers what they want... Not just give them what you think they want. If you don’t serve something, then tell the customers. Take care of your customers, I was not quiet...I continued to state my case and said... ill be writing my review of your service and ill never come back to your place.. Oh,, also my husband ordered "2" eggs with grits, and he had mentioned to me,, it seemed like 3. So we looked at the bill and they charged him for 3. I mean its only one more egg. But the mgr says, " Well, we dont have "2" egg specials, only 1 or 3.. SO WHY DIDNT THE WAITRESS TELL FIRST THEY DONT US WHEN SHE TOOK THE ORDER???? She just gave us 3 without saying anything!! This Pandora is where Peter’s was previously located, on 322 in Williamstown. The first time we went there was their opening; so we forgave a lot. Such as not being called for our table until we went to the front desk and asked why, only to be told we were called and didn’t respond (we sat directly across from the door…we were NOT called.) The waitress took 15 minutes to even acknowledge our presence. We placed our order, asked for spoons, which never came, Although we asked three times. She kept forgetting everything and having to come back again, apologizing profusely every time. None of the food was even mediocre. There are 300+ items on the menu and I think they were more concerned with quantitiy than quality. I could say a great deal more about that visit; But since my husband is a former chef, We decided to just chalk it up to new openers, and let it go. It was two hours from the time we walked in until we left… Our next visit was yesterday and by the time we left we had decided we would never go back. My husband ordered fried flounder; I ordered fried crabcakes. His flounder had absolutely no flavor, no seasoning of any kind. Same for my crab cakes. No salt, no pepper, nothing. After cutting into my crab cake, I saw that it was something made of some completely uniform shreds of some white stuff that smelled faintly of crab, but not enough to convince me that it was, indeed, crab. When I ordered sides, I asked what “vegetable of the day” was.(It was on the menu) I was told that they didn’t have a vegetable of the day.)I had pickled beets; they had not a drop of pickle flavor. Plain, bland, right out of the can. Coleslaw was also not seasoned. Not even the slightest bit of salt. Totally bland. We had ordered an appetizer, which didn’t come to the table until our dinner arrived, and told they were out of wings, so they gave us a couple of extra chicken fingers. Also no flavor. We were never offered sauces for our appetizers, not offered drink refills, either. So, we probably won’t go back.

My mother and I had ordered the Hawaiian Salad. It had mixed greens, pineapple, strawberries, dried cranberries, walnuts and chicken with choice of dressing. It was delicious! Perfect for some refreshing light meal. The server was great. Will definitely be coming back.

Update: Today May 6, 2025 Took my mother here for her birthday for dinner. Was a bit disappointed. We were greeted by the host/manager. Didn't even smile, set our menus on our table and walked away. Didn't even say anything like enjoy your meal. Our server was pleasant but took half an hour to serve our food. My mom had ordered stuffed flounder with sweet potato fries and coleslaw and I ordered chicken piccante with oven brown potatoes and string beans. Our food was hot and good but our sides were not even hot. Sweet potato fries were cold and my oven brown potatoes and string beans were like luked warm. Our server didn't returned right away until 15 minutes later to see how was everything and asked how was everything? I've told her that the food was hot but our sides cold not even luked warm. She did offered us if we would like new sides but we were half way done eating. When I went to pay for my check, the cashier asked how was everything? My response was "disappointed" and the manager did asked what happened and I told her. She asked me if I said anything about it to my server and I said yes. The manager had said that they would have took care of it sooner if they had known about it. Yeah that would be great but not 15 minutes later when we were half way done eating our food. You would think that they would have taken a few dollars off the check or something. We been here 3 other times in the past and never had a problem until today. I've knocked down 2⭐s for the service and for the food. Will come back again and see what...
