Ordered a pizza and salad at 7:32pm. Waited till 9:00pm. Called the store and spoke to the manager Robert. He explained that the driver had clocked out and forgot something on the order. During this time their web app showed that the pizza had been delivered which it had not. Waited for another 15 mins and the driver arrived. The pizza was completely cold. Called the store again and this time a female employee and answered and said they were very busy. I told her that the Manager Robert said the driver had clocked out and then had to come back and clock back in to complete the order. I told this the woman on the phone and asked why? She replied well we have a life too you know. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. I asked what can be done about this and she offered nothing. I asked for a credit for a cold order. No credit nothing. We usually great service but this incident will have taking our many years of business elsewhere. The woman on the phone has no customer service skills and would rather pass an insult instead of helping resolve the issue. I told her I would be talking with the general manager or the corporate office as I was fine with the explanation of being late as this can happen but to take the approach of insulting a customer and not offering any resolve to the incident whatsoever for something that was clearly their fault and not offering to make it right is wrong and poor representation for the...

This franchise has not exhibited symptoms of the same, all too common problems that other locations experience such as drops in quality control and increased delivery times during typical periods of "decreased traffic". While I have found that ordering via their online site or via their app seems to shaven minute or two off of the overall time from order to pickup/delivery, I am typically driving while I need to order, so my preferred method is to call their location and submit my order that way. Every conversation has started with a friendly greeting and ended after I've successfully placed my order. We've had consistent great product and service since this location has opened. A few months ago i ordered a cesar salad as a part of a very large order. They happened to be out of that salad and i didn't want a replacement. I was content to just take it off our order, but the manager comped our whole bill!!! Tonight is the 2nd time we've been "those people" and ordered 5 minutes before close. Again all we get is smiles and can I get anything else for you. We've had 1 bad pizza in months of ordering.
