I wish I had the option to give no stars at all. First of all, the parking isn’t that great, but that is the least problem. My sister, nephew, and I walked in at 6:15. No one greeted us. They acted like we weren’t even there. This was our first time so we stood there for a couple of minutes thinking they would seat us. We finally asked the lady at the counter, “do we seat ourselves?” She replied, “yes” We walked over and sat down at the booth and waited and waited and waited. Then we see “other people” being seated. My sister finally got up after about 10 minutes and went and got menus for us. Our waitress saw her and rushed over and apologized, got us 3 sets of silverware, and took our drink order. We were never brought chips and salsa. She went ahead and took our order. I ordered the two tamales. Again…we waited and waited for our drinks, chips and salsa, a cracker, a crumb, ANYTHING! We finally caught her as she passed by our table and asked, “do we get chips and salsa?” She replied “ok” not saying a word about us having to pay for them. I’ve never been to a Mexican restaurant that doesn’t serve chips and salsa as an appetizer. Now it’s going on 7:00 and she finally brings drinks, but no chips and salsa. My sister AGAIN.. gets up and goes to the counter and asks, “EXCUSE ME…CAN WE PLEEEASE GET CHIPS AND SALSA!?!?” Another lady..(maybe the owner) brings out chips and a bowl of chunky tomato sauce. FINALLY, at 7:15 she brings out our food! I’m attaching a picture of my “tamales” or should I say, 4 little pieces of deep fried masa and watery sour cream! I took my plate to the counter and asked the same waitress if these were tamales. She replied, “yes” I left the plate on the counter and walked out the door. These people have no idea what a tamale is. Needless to say.. that was...
Read moreDelicious even though it's soo far away from Clarksville. I enjoyed the authentic cuisine, wonderful service and variety of options.😋 It feels like a delicious hot meal I slaved over at home that's healthy and filling.
This does not taste like greasy junk food nor do they cook with lard here.
Aunque sí tuve que parar a mi mamá o hubiese ordenado todo sobre el menu lol! Definitivamente lo recomiendo! XD😍
Pros: Food, atmosphere, service, and price. Bilingual speakers for English and Spanish.
There's also more parking available in the back and it's handicap accessible as well.
Cons: Difficulty of finding the address on Google, my unlimited data from Verizon does not work at all inside (I would like to surf the web in the restaurant), that they don't make Horchata from scratch unfortunately, and how lamentably far from my home or I'd come here each week!
Location: You'll see a Chevrolet dealership across the street and a Citgo gas station on the left both will be before a street light on Memorial Blvd (otherwise known as HWY 11).
Turn left on that street light down Bill Jones Industrial Dr. then down the street 15 meters below you'll see Mami Pachi restaurant...
Read moreWhen you pass this place on the road you may not pay it too much mind. Its the definition of a hole in the wall place. We were glad we stopped here though. The food was great and authentic.
I cant remember what theyre called but the corn tortillas with cheese amd meat in them are awesome. Tacos are really good too jist make sure you ask for the side sauces to make them complete.
The place was clean and had a peaceful friendly, Christian atmosphere with a feel for the culture. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is that our service could have been better. After we received our food we had to get up and ask the server to get us things instead of being checked on. She also double charged us on a side that one was supposed to be included...
