Beautiful store We were all hoping with the new remodel that they would also include a new store manager no such luck numerous calls have been reported to corporate and nothing has ever been done I am a business owner myself and cannot believe the audacity and nastiness of the store manager constantly Downing her employees yelling at them straight out yelling at them in front of customers was in the store today and could not believe how I believe her name is Damaris talks to her adult employees you don't talk to anybody like that never mind an adult and as customers we should not have to hear this she constantly is yelling about her drive through score I guess that must be something that's quite important to her over customer service how did Street has a ton of businesses on it one of which is mine and I just don't think she's a fit for a new store seems like you put good money over a bad situation that has never been remediated and it's apparent that corporate does not care I have made several attempts myself to contact corporate nothing gets done she is just a negative nasty person. I mean it's kind of sad that she is that serious and nasty I mean at the end of the day let's be real it's Dunkin' Donuts how serious do you have to be I mean respect your job respect others that's what people like to see. If corporate at all cares feel free to reach out. On the flip side the food is good and the store looks great as far as the remodel but you should have included a new manager or maybe even sent her out for some therapy or retraining turnover rate at the store is crazy that's gotta say something lead by example and show your people the way not yell scream and flip your hands around...
Read moreVery disappointed in the service at this location. I ordered on the go order and it's not ready when I arrive. I spent 5 minutes there waiting for the order to be ready. 3 or 4 people ordered ahead of me and were served promptly. I approached the counter and said I had an on the go order. I was asked "oh you have an on the go order a bagel right???....." I said yes. I had to be somewhere 20 minutes away and just left. No apology or explanation as to why my order wasn't ready when I arrived. I got frustrated and left without my order. I thought on the go ordering was made for a reason, so the order would be ready to go when you arrive. The individuals were fooling around and making sandwiches and drinks for themselves. This is the second or third incident within a week. I'm a regular customer there at least twice a week. My experience: I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and asked for it to be cut into quarters. I’ve never had an issue at any other location when asked to do this for me. The cashier told me to ask another employee if it can be done Instead of asking for me herself. I asked her to please ask for me as they are coworkers. I watched her ask the woman who was preparing it, and the woman laughed at my request. It was very slow service. No one in the lobby and no one in the drive-through line and the woman refused to to even put cream cheese on my bagel. She watched me open my bag and laughed as loud as she can when I realized there was no cream cheese on my bagel.
