The sign says open, the door says lobby open til 10pm, yet the door is locked and there is a staff inside mopping. The drive thru, which says open till 11pm is blocked by the delivery truck. Apearently open but cant get food. So I drive to the West Springfield store which is not serving tenders or sandwhichs. This the second time. Just had an altercation with KFC implorer , failed to inform me that they had no chicken i am sitting and people are walking in and out i am just sitting wondering whats going , got up went to counter , to be told they had no chicken .clerk then got upset and as i was giving back my money , because she heard the whole conversation.
