Puerto Rico Bakery — Restaurant in Springfield

The people in this business do not respect the privacy of the people who buy their overpriced bread, desserts, meats, and groceries which are twice more expensive than the C-Town in Holyoke and even Stop and Shop. A woman who seemed to have been the owner, or probably a high hierarchy employee, or a family member of the ownwer, yelled at a woman who bought her goods with food stamps. She yelled at the woman with the food stamp card and told her- " you have to pay here in this cash register with "that food stamp card"-to the dismay of everyone in the line waiting for their sandwich and listening to the very angry woman shouting. She told the person you" need to pay your grocery bag too" (10 cents) and then -she said "oh, just take it. Really embarrassing. These people do not think, their food is overpriced" and people still go there to buy their Tripletas (sandwich)? and they still get away with this behavior and expect people to continue buying groceries, bread, etc in their Panaderia? I believe you deserve a rating of 000 instead of the 4.2 you now have.

Note: Not everyone who uses food stamps to buy food is a felon, and you make a lot of profit with them....

This place its amazing,super clean,all well organized and in place,cans are clean,as bottles too,friendly workers and very respectfully,the prices all the best in puerto rican food I see in all this year living here,I was soon amaze I just spend almost 40 dollars just in the bakery,between besitos de coco,pastelillos de guayaba,tornillos rellenos de cremadonas redondas con azucar,mini donas,tostones con ajo,y si no me hiba gastaba mas🤣🤣,sorry for the spanglish,so I was saying all theso candys,coconut kisses,guava candy,donuts,bolts full of cream,green plantain with garlic,litter donuts with zugar on top and more to keep typing,just go around an explore your self,you will not regret fo over,at least if your from PUERTO RICO,feom now on this it's a good place to visit,hopefully stay like that for many years,also compre tembleque,jejeje,no se podía quedar,well go over and visit,support our médiums bussines from women's or mens dedícate to the service of our comunitty,make this your favorite store now,and share with every one the voice,bless everyone and go get donuts theyr...

I went to there location on main st springfield mass to there bakery section, there price on bread is extremely high you make two different lines one if your going to buy bread the other one if your going to buy sandwich or anything else they have a big problem there with the way they have there credit card machine set up, so if your waiting on the line for the bread and if someone has to pay with a card or ebt card now you have to move out off the line so that they can pay for there stuff, and this happens all the time why don't they move that machine closer to the register so they can do that you mean to tell me they can't move that machine in another spot so it doesn't have to be in the way of the people waiting in line for the bread this is...
