Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Springfield

I am a pizza lover and I do believe that Pizza Hut has the best of all time but the last two times I have order from them my order has been wrong! First time I was going to try a pepperoni melt and when I got home they had given me a chicken one!!! Well this time I ordered from them it was a small medium with pepperoni lovers and an order of boneless wings and cheese sticks!! I get home and open it up and there is NO PEPPERONI on the pizza and the cheese sticks have more cheese on the pizza than the pizza its self!!! Yall need to get it together!! Horrible overall experience ! My pizzas were burnt beyond recognition and the store closed at 6 and I picked up my pizzas at 5:50 pm. Therefore I was told that I would have to wait until they opened again to get 2 more pizzas to replace those coals. Meanwhile it is Christmas eve and my family is waiting on pizza.. Order always accurate. young helpful adults who prepare, & either deliver or you can pick up your order at the counter. Hoping the group that works there now, stay there with opportunity to advance.
