This store has to be the absolute worst I have ever encountered in ALL my years of eating at Subway. I had previously stopped coming here as the prior (3) different visits over the same month were wasted. I came one time after leaving Arby's in Callaway being told they were out of Chicken and Curly Fries đł. Only to get to this Subway just a few miles West on Hwy 98 to be told that they were out of Meatballs and the Cheese Bread. This after waiting over 5 mins at the drive thru intercom and still not being recognized so I pulled around and came inside. When I asked if their system was down for the drive thru I was told "No, it works. We just didn't have our headsets on.đł". So I left there also empty handed and went home and just cooked myself something. 2nd visit, same snafu at the drive thru, so I pulled around and saw thru the service window that the guy was sitting in the back and playing on his cell phone.. So I knocked on the window, and he finally walks over. I ask if they're open and he says yeah that he didn't have his headset on. To pull back around, so I do so. Only to then be told that their Credit Card Machine was down and to order had to be cash only. I just left. I waited about 2 was before trying them again and was told their credit card machine was down. Jsmh so this visit was about 4 - 5 months since those other 3 visits and it's actually a new crew. But the same service, I had to pull around and go inside and wait until yet another customer came in and stood there with me long enough to ask me "what are they hiding in the back ?" To which I told the woman Yes. And that I had completely stopped coming here because it's always something." Because it was so quiet and I had already stopped and made eye contact with the girl before pulling around and coming inside . . . I am sure they both heard me and eventually after a few more minutes each came to the front from opposite sides. When a pretzel is sweeter than a Churro there's a problem. I didn't get any cheese (like in their displayed picture) with the pretzel and only found both out after getting home 10 miles up the road. NO, I will not be going back to this store.    Read moreI was over charged for my sub. Should have been $5.50 for an Italian, but was charged for a pizza sub for $7.50. Had 10 pieces of pepperoni on a foot long . Brought it too the attention of the manager on duty, she took my name , number & receipt & said her boss would call me after she got in at 4 p.m. But never called me back. Gave me the excuse that employees had been terminated for giving out free or discounted prices to friends and family. So they were low on products & they had to reduce the amount of meat put on sandwich to balance out so they didn't show a negative amount, so that inventory time it would balance out. The m.o.d told me that they had been told to do it that way, so that they wouldn't show a loss. She didn't offer to fix it then said she would have to talk to her manager and get it approved first. This occasion I had already done an online order (so stuck here). When I gave up on the drive through and walked in, the person at the counter didnât greet me at all. I had to walk to the counter and say hello myself. Then she told me she was alone and my order would be awhile⌠defeated the purpose of ordering online. And the last time I had came and didnât get drive through service, it was the same excuse. Last time I left. This time Iâm stuck, wonât make this mistake again. Also nearly all the lights are off so itâs dark and empty inside.
