gave them 1 star because i had to....a friend of mine gave me a ride there to get food because i don't drive..we both ordered a sanco & an enchilada in drive thru...got home, opened enchilada & the styrofoam they cook it in had melted all over, there were little holes all in the box...i called them, after a min or so a guy answered the phone, told me he was manager....i told him...he said bring it back with the receipt & we'll make it right..no apoogy or anything...i informed him i didn't drive & it may be a day or so...he said ok..bring it back with receipt...i decided that i will no longer be going to Taco Gringo...this is the last straw...they have continuously gone downhill for the last few yrs...but i've been a fan for over 30 yrs...actually worked there when i was in my early 20's...GOOD-BYE...

They use a microwave for everything….. it was disgusting I sat there in the drive-through and watched the guy pop our food in and out of the microwave all of it. So I don’t know what the hell people are talking about when they say it’s some of the best fast food Mexican food they’ve had or whatever that’s crazy because this place is disgusting I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut it down. The kitchen looks disgusting and you can see that from the drive-through window. Somebody should definitely call the health department and have them have a look at that place. It’s in need of a good...
