Westwoods Lodge Pub & Grill and Big Timber Bourbon Bar — Restaurant in Springfield

Sent the following to the restaurant on Facebook and have not received a response 24 hours later. I'm hoping someone will see this and get back to me:

My fiance and I placed a takeout order for the first time tonight. I was excited because of your great reviews online, but unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with my order:

The buffalo burger came with two pickles, a single leaf of lettuce, and a rather small tomato, none of which was even enough to cover the burger. It was also slightly overdone, though admittedly, that didn't negatively impact the taste. In fact, the main reason this was particularly disappointing was because the burger and pickles were fantastic, and it would have been perfect with adequate toppings.

The gator bites I received were primarily breading like they were from the bottom of a bag, and there weren't very many of them.

I ran restaurants around town for most of the last decade, so believe me I absolutely hate complaining but paying $61.62 plus a tip over 20% for this really hurts, as this was supposed to be a nice treat for my fiance and I. We both work in federally-funded public healthcare which -as I'm sure you know if you watch the news- has been exceptionally stressful lately and has us fearful for our jobs (that already don't pay enough for us to not qualify for, and depend on, federal welfare programs) daily. Instead, we feel as if we wasted our one opportunity between now and June (I'm also a F/T student who does uber to make ends meet, so it is very rare that I'm free for an entire evening) to do something nice while enjoying each...

We had never been here before but it looked like a nice place to eat. There were 4 of us & we got a seat right away. Atmosphere was great, everyone was having a good time. We ordered the snowshoes and a kids dinner. We must have misunderstood the menu because we thought all the kids meals came served in the tackelebox & it was our option whether or not we wanted to purchase it. When the bill came we asked our server about it, the only thing she said was if u order it as a tackle box, then that's what I ring it up as. So it was an unexpected cost to our bill, and not even the right price. We should have been charged 7.49 for it because we ordered the kids meal, instead we got charged the full price of 8.49. We also ordered the pinecones (very delicious) and they came with a nice cheese sauce (which we did not ask for). Noticed after we got home that the cheese sauce was a separate cost & not included in the cost of the appetizer! Something I feel the server should have asked us about. The food was good & I would recommend eating there, but be on the lookout for unexpected upcharge. How did we not know about this place?? Heard about it from a family member and had to visit the next day! 4 adults for Saturday evening, got in quickly and had great service! Such a menu! Took a long time to decide. Had a couple gator appetizers, delicious! Food choices were awesome and lower priced than I expected, so that was great, too! We all enjoyed our food. Veggies are to die for! Boom boom sauce has got a kick! Only slight disappointment we noticed was the potato choices aren't seasoned. Pine cones are awesome deep fried mashed potatoes but not seasoned. Wood chips are their house potato chips but they're plain, too. Taste good, but I think they could be so much more amazing if they had some sort of seasoning baked in. Dip them in something and all good! Other than that, no complaints! They have gaming but thankfully it's in another room, don't even realize it's there! Full bar. The atmosphere great, decorated like a hunting lodge with all kinds of birds and deer mounts and wild game. Loved it, we will be back...
