I have utilized the services of this office multiple times. I have always found Mr. Fred Nessler to be honest & sincere. The very first time I was in contact with this office was because of a traffic accident. Mr. Fred Nessler instructed me on how to deal with the other person's insurance. He told me he would represent me; but I should just follow his instructions & handle it myself.

My latest contact with this office regarding a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Mr. Jonathan Nessler on behalf of the Estate of my mother. Mr. Jonathan Nessler was a pleasure to work with & kept me up to date on the current status via telephone calls & the USPS.

Matt Kennedy was the attorney I had for my workers comp case and he was excellent, thorough and very easy to work with! You have to submit an online form and then they take 3 weeks to tell you they aren't taking your case. I'm mean really why didn't you just send that a day or so after I sent the form. I wouldn't have cared because I already hired a different attorney by now. If this is the type of communication you're looking for which is none go ahead and hire them.. I'm sure your case will 3x as long with this place. They also don't tell you why they are declining you. If you look at the reviews this place hasn't hardly had any reviews in years.
