My husband and I were glad we stopped in for dinner. Appears they may have new owners, new management or maybe both. First I want to start with saying the food was outstanding! My husband had the bison burger with mash potatoes. I had the ribeye and a side salad. Everything was delicious and the presentation was stellar. 10 stars there. Our waiter was great. We opted to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful evening before returning home to hot Arizona. The young waiter was prompt, attentive and very sweet. The only non five star experience we had was the hotel employees and their friends âdiningâ with us on the patio. I believe it was the hotel managers (husband and wife) and a few of their friends. It wouldnât have bothered us had someone not been smoking cigarettes. They had a fire going in the fire ring, playing music and working on lighting. One guy came over and gave us a candle for our table. He placed a few candles around on other tables for a nice ambiance. However, as a restaurant owner myself, I would expect employees to act a bit more professional. All in all our dining experience was great and we would definitely return. I had a fried chicken plate (did not look like the picture at all, it was one breast and not two pieces). It came out and I really thought it was a piece of fish! The ends were curled up and they had a rubbery texture. As if they had microwaved it first to thaw it out and then batter and fried it. I ate the fries and told them I didn't want the rest and asked they take the cost off, they gave me nearly $4 as a discount. Really? It should have been 2/3rds of the price discounted. I was going to say something, but my husband convinced me to just let it go and we will never go there again. My husband had the chicken tacos. It was gross. There was a Chipotle, lemon, sourcream sauce they put on there that made it taste like it was spoiled.    Read moreReally disappointing. We had read good reviews but that was not our experience. Appetizer garlic rolls were burned. All of them. Our waitress did offer to have another order done for us but we were hungry. DIL's Alfredo with Chicken had burned tasting chicken and bread. My "entree" of their shrimp Appetizer is exactly the size of the Appetizer (5 shrimp) which I did not expect. The side of their mushy potatoes was awful as the potatoes weren't cooked through. I don't understand how you can burn or under-cook at the same time. My husband had the BBQ burger with onion rings and really liked that.
