This place literally treated me last trash!! The (1 )is giving them undeserved credit. Sad thing is I have personally recommended this establishment and had several big corporation functions held at this place. As a matter of fact the event held this night was due to my recommendation. Not only was I polite as per usual. I was ignored, dismissed, taunted, and embarrassed by the out loud inappropriate and unjustified treatment. Additionally my order was 45min delayed. My entire table food came before mine, yet I ordered 20min before everyone and separate. My order came by the time others were almost done with their meal. Not only did I not like the food, I still wanted to pay my bill regardless. As I asked the waitress for my bill, she in turned advised another guest next to me they bill as a table. As my entire table began to slowly disrupt due to the table never being informed. I went quickly and quietly to get a manager sent over to the table, who came over pretty quickly. When I discussed my concerns of my own bill and ready for payment, I was told “if you look at the bottom of the menu, it’s right there”, as it related to billing. As I discussed the dismay of my horrible service. I was told by the manger to configure what I owe and write it down. I express how the the waitress took the order as it should be recorded for appropriate billing. In turn, I disclosed the burger meal and Tito’s mix drink was my order. Once it was determined bills were separate as a whole and I was by myself, I received my bill. As I handed my card to the waitress to pay, I inquired why was there a double charge on gratuity? I was told “well you’re here as a group”. I then stated I thought this was discussed which was I have my own bill individually. I then inquired is this unethical or unlawful to double charge a persons gratuity as an individual and group on one bill? I was told by waitress, standing by the manger to sign it bill and leave. I was entirely upset, shocked, embarrassed and disappointed. Not only was these two “WHITE WOMEN” who were proudly showing the lack of respect, to a well respected BLACK WOMAN, it’s the disregard to the lack of empathy of others around witnessing the act!! Truly Disgusting human beings!! Oh they kept my credit card, lied and said they didn’t have it and attempted to charge it the next day. TOO BAD CARD WAS BLOCKED!! I...

This is my second time at 360 however first time enjoying the food. I took my fiancé for her birthday it was the first time for her. I'm going to break this down for each star I gave for the rating.

Star 1, the atmosphere and room. With the holidays still going strong it was a pleasant surprise to see bright beautiful white lights(you can also see from street level) but still a cozy darkness good enough for a perfect evening dinner. Also was very pleased with the EDM Christmas music. The space was also very well maintained for covid standard. We had a small wait to get up stairs but they made sure our table was clean and ready for us.

Star 2, the drinks. Of course they have to have some kind of holiday special to whip up. Both drinks where amazing, Cousin Eddy's Eggnog had some well blended and balance eggnog flavor. And the Love is all around cocktail is the only way I can describe festive and holiday-ish.

Star 3, the appetizer. The appetizer we selected was the Four Little Hens, four bite-sized mini fried chicken sandwiches. These little chickens had some enormous flavor. The pickles and buttermilk ranch along with the Hawaiian sweet roll added to the already good flavor that was going on.

Star 4, the entrees. 360 has produced a burger for me that I cannot explain. It wasn't anything crazy just a double prime beef smash Burger with onions caramelized in duck fat a dijonaise which was so creamy. Which would definitely make me recommend this burger as the best burger that I've had this year. The BBQ jackfruit tacos where delicious and flavorful the pickle cabbage and red onions added an extra crunch to the tacos along with a refreshing crema on top.

Star 5, the dessert. 360 has constructed their own version of a classic with their housemade Kit Kat. It was very very reminiscent of the real deal but it was even better, no Kit Kat I have ever had will come close to the deliciousness of 360s Kit Kat. Very rich and chocolaty and the wafer layers were perfect.

As I come to a close as you can see for each star there is something magical something that puts 360 not only at the top of the ballpark Hilton but at the top of any bar list in St Louis and you can't forget how beautiful...

Was a busy night, so can understand the lack in service however stress should not be displaced onto patrons. Were told to sit wherever, there was an available table outside. There were menu signs everywhere at empty and taken tables flipped to a black board, however on opposing side a green sign would display "taken". We sat at this table and I flipped the menu over to say taken cause we were sitting there. A guy approached us about 10 minutes later stating the table was taken and pointing to the sign. I explained I had flipped it over to say that and he rudely acosted us and said we had to leave. My party got up and left the table but I tried to explain once more that I was the one who flipped the sign cause we are sitting there, that when we got to the table to did not state taken but he said "well. It's suppose to say taken so leave it alone". Okay I think we'll maybe it is reserved and the sign was not flipped, no biggie but when we left an hour later the sign was still the same and nobody was sitting at the table. Seems like a misunderstanding to me as we just sat at another table that did not have the sign flipped and I never touched it and we had no issues. I found his attitude off putting, especially when it's suppose to be self seating and no reservations but they decide to o ly police certain tables. Also I talked with other individuals that stated they were forcing residents of the hotels who were staying 2 floors below the bar to go all the way back to the first floor just to come back up to the 26th. I think residents should have first access, but oh well. Didn't get food because waitresses looked stretched then. Overheard one waitress near the elevator screeching NO NO NO IM TIRED OF THIS BULLSHIT and ran in between a group of patrons. Chaotic night, hopefully they can staff more people and be a bit more laid back. Couldn't get a good view of the sights because too many people in the area and nobody could hear over...

I was with my two best friends and we went there last Friday for my friend’s birthday. We got there right at opening time (4pm) and it was not too busy yet so we got good seats. But when there are baseball games, I definitely suggest getting there early because it got busy in no time. I do recommend watching the games from the rooftop bar though. You can see the entire field though and it gets super fun at night time. The parking is a little tricky when there’s cards games though because everywhere charges $40-$50. About two blocks away there is street parking which is only about 5 bucks for two hours if you are able to find that. We went last Friday and had to pay $40 to park across the street in a parking garage. Otherwise if you are staying at the hotel then obviously they have valets. And, I think you can even do the valet for non hotel guests for $15??? I am not sure on that and I have never done it, so if anyone reading this could confirm that’d be awesome! We were only visiting the rooftop restaurant so we just went ahead and parked in a garage across the street. The video I posted is the view from the women’s bathroom and a pic of the view of the baseball field. It’s so much close than the picture makes it seem. Also, I didn’t get a pic, but there’s seating that’s directly in front of the arch as well!

The first time I went here, it was ok. The drinks are a bit pricey, but there's a good view, it's an ok trade-off. The last time, I went with a group of friends on July 7th. There was a fireworks show at the arch that night so we called ahead to see if there was a cover. Not until after 10 pm they said. We got there at 8:30 pm and this bouncer is like "you gotta pay $10 because of the fireworks." I would have understood if they had told us there was cover over the phone, but instead they deliberately misled us. I already had a bad taste in my mouth, but we had already come all the way downtown for this, so we decided to just pay. When we get up there, the entire half of the bar facing the arch is booked for a private event. So they told us we didn't have to pay cover, then said we had to pay cover BECAUSE OF THE FIREWORKS, then it turns out you can't even watch the fireworks. There were multiple opportunities to inform us you couldn't see the main event, and I would have understood. I'm sure they made a lot of money from the private event, but then they decided to misled other customers to squeeze out some extra money. Disgusting behavior, you should be ashamed.
