Casey's — Restaurant in St. Augusta

I called in March 23rd at 7:09pm and ordered a pizza galore pizza because I wanted a quick low stress meal.

I was told itd be 15 to 20 before its done. Sounds good.

I arrive 25 min later, worried i was too slow and would find my pizza getting cold. Less great.

I get told by a very polite, short, and dark haired female employee that it would be another 7 minutes, even though it looked like a slow night. To her credit she did offer to throw in some extra breadsticks.

As I waited, two off the clock employees entered the kitchen. One appeared to be a guy of medium build with newly(and unevenly bleached) dyed green hair while the other also looked to be a guy and sported a very short man bun.

These two began loudly distracting the kitchen staff and making political jokes that could be heard clearly from where i was standing as well as some less than tasteful remarks about womens rights.

I wouldve just quietly left emptyhanded, had i not already paid for the pizza that was supposed to be already done.

I had to listen and watch for another 20 minutes (almost as though my pizza hadnt even been made until i got there to pick it up) as these two continued to loud enough for all customers to hear before the same polite girl came out with my pizza and complimentary breadsticks.

I said thanks and left.

Honestly i can understand if it was a super busy night and if they had a giant line of people getting pizzas,

But it wasn't. It was slow. And the sideshow didn't help.

Worst Casey's there is. Period. Clearly no or poor management. Every time you're in here its dirty, bathrooms dirty. At 615 on a Friday, dinner time, no pizza prepared, ask if they can make one, response, I dont think he has any planned to go in the warmers. She walks away, wife asks for a grilled chicken sub, brings out a bag of cold precooked grilled chicken, wife asks her if she can warm it and toast the sandwich, proceeds to throw it in the pizza oven, melts cheese and chicken is still nearly frozen, i ask for a meatball sub, response, we don't have any prepared.

Its a Friday evening at dinner time. The employees here cannot do anything right, they dont care, its obvious. The young man at the counter is not personable in any way either. Says nothing at chexk out except, "what sub" when my wife set it down. Then nothing else the...

This place use to be a great gas station. Management changed and now it's turning into a dump. Never any pizza during lunch. Employees would rather be on their phone instead of making sure the customers had a good visit. Time for a kiwk trip to be put up in the field next door.

2 month later update 1220 and they only have breakfast pizzas out. The cashier said the we're running a little behind.... Lunch food should of been out over an hour ago. Place is...
