We live close by and typically love subway, but have yet to have a good experience here. The few times when have been there, they have been out of key things, bread, cookies, meats., etc. We have had our order get done really slowly. Our last and final experience there we ordered on line for ease of their staff and our family and our order was not done at the time it said to pick up, actually it hadn't actually been stated yet. When it was given to my son who picked it up, none of the drinks, cookies, or chips were given. When my husband went back to discuss it, he was told they didn't have time to discuss it. The managers number was given, but wouldn't answer. We will never eat there again and to be honest it will be awhile before we go back...
Read moreI placed an order on the app to pick up on my lunch break, I got to the store right when it said my order would be ready 9:25am and the store isn't open, I tried calling and some generic answering machine picks up and says mailbox full goodbye. Tried calling customer support and it's all digital and gave me the run-around. I sent an email and hopefully I hear something back. Huge waste of my lunch break.

Read moreI order a few subs.. got them none had the banna peppers I wanted on them... the boss sub I order had burnt black meatballs was very basic had to throw it away n never went and got my chips or drink with the order either. Person showes up to deliver it and said this subway was pissed cause I order a sub and it was a location that was 14 min from where I was. When there is 2 with in 5 min from me... I explain I didn't pick the place I put my address in for delivery that's what it gave... was told not to do it again and if I do they will cancel the order... whole experience was bad.. go some place else for...
